Relax right by the beach in your private, cozy, warm, modern home with central heating and air conditioning. The whole house is yours. Self Check In and Check Out with a Lockbox on the front fence. Six minute walk to the beach. Set up for adults and kids.

New beds with new comfy mattresses and Egyptian cotton sheets on all beds. Egyptian cotton towels for you also. 4 bathrooms, 2 with luxurious deep baths. Enough towels for 8 guests. 3 Toilets in the house. Sukin Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash provided in both showers. Hair Dryer provided as well.

An empty double garage awaits for your use with remote and security lock. Put your toys and cars safely away. Air Hockey Table and Ping Pong Table in the garage for you. Outdoor Dining Table with Umbrella, 6 Chairs and a 6 Burner BBQ also awaits in the outdoor entertaining area. Small Kids pool for you to use.

High speed unlimited WiFi and 2 new Android 55 inch TV’s. One in living area and one in Master Bedroom. TV Upstairs for the kids too. Netflix and Stan on both big TV's. Fully equipped modern kitchen. Lots of Board Games. The property is professionally cleaned and sanitised after each visit. This is not a part time lived in family home. This is a dedicated holiday rental property that is set up for you enjoyment like a 5 Star Hotel.

Family Reunion

The house was as described, spacious and very clean. My dad has Parkinson's Disease and was able to move around easily on the lower level where he stayed/slept. Close to beach and town. Everyone had a great time. A good catch up after 5 years!

Clean and comfortable

We all enjoyed our stay, the set up was perfect for our family of 5. The little things like hand soap, coffee pods, washing detergent, dishwashing capsules and liquid, Netflix etc make all the difference. We felt very much at home as soon as we walked in the door. David and Lisa were very helpful and responded promptly to our messages.

Great location very clean property.

Had a wonderful stay at this fantastic townhouse. Great location especially having the beach at the end of the street. The property owner was very helpful , informative and pleasant to deal with. Very clean, higly recommended 👌
