We had another wonderful stay at this home! This was our second time renting it, and we absolutely love it. The house is very spacious, comfortable, and has everything our family needs to feel right at home. Our kids love staying here, and there’s plenty of room for everyone to relax after busy days at the parks. The location is also fantastic—close to both Disney and Universal, but still in a quiet, great area. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other families visiting the area!

Beautiful property

Used the water park and the pool; close to Disney and Universal. Lots of space and loved the art on the walls in the kids room and game room. Would stay again

House was overall nice - easy enough to get to and about 20-25 minutes away from Disney and Universal. Had more than enough room for 4 adults and two kids. The couches and beds were super comfy and all linens were clean.Was a little disappointed that only one roll of toilet paper was provided per bathroom and that only two kitchen trash bags were provided - thankfully our group was small enough and our stay short enough that we managed but would be annoying for a longer stay. Also, to echo another review the "floor plan" of the house shown in the listing AND posted in the house doesn't totally match what the actual floor plan of the house is (shows an extra bedroom & bathroom). Also some instructions in the house contridict what they have in their house manual (e.g. don't set the air lower than 72 or higher than 76, but also set it to 78 when you leave).

Family trip

House was gorgeous and what we expected! There were some empty beer cans outside in the bushes by the pool my kids found. I felt like the location was perfect. The only thing I wish was different was it was listed on the vrbo listing that it cost extra to heat the pool so it wasn’t heated when we got there. The listed just says heated pool so makes it seem like it would be ready when you got there.

Perfect Disney Vacation Home

We had an amazing stay at this vacation home during our Disney World trip! The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. From the fully equipped kitchen to the cozy bedrooms, it truly felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect—just a short drive to Disney, which made getting to and from the parks super easy.We also loved how spacious and well-maintained the home was, making it perfect for our family. It had all the amenities we needed, and the quiet neighborhood was a nice retreat after long days at the parks. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!We will definitely be booking this home again for our next Disney vacation in a few months. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay near Disney!

Great Spot!

Miguel was super helpful and responded in a timely manner. The house was spotless and there was everything we needed there for the most part. The beds and couch were very comfortable and the kids LOVED their rooms. We had to buy extra paper towels, bring laundry detergent and extra toilet paper, but other than that our stay was perfect. Great location. Close to the strip with Publix $$$ and we picked up Jersey mikes! We traveled to Disney 3 out of the 4 days and came home to rest before returning back to the parks for fireworks and dinners. 5 stars! Would love to visit again.

Checking in was terrible, the address was not on Apple Maps (should make notes for future customers to use Google maps) did not send door code had to call someone. The house was very warm and can’t turn ac below 72 so it was miserable to sleep in. The house was nice but it was not clean (mold in showers) and a lot of roaches, messaged someone through the app but had no response.

The property was nice and located close to our stops.Property was not all as advertised. 1. The floorplan did not match the advertized floorplan.2. The TVs did not work and when property manager was called twice, it was never fixed and there seemed to be no concern by manager.Prperty was not fully cleaned. There were cheerios on the floor downstairs and.4. There was no shampoos nor soaps in the bathrooms. We had to go buy our own.Overall it served its purpose and we left it cleaner than we got it, but would not recommend Jeeves Management services.

As seen in pictures

I was very pleased upon arrival to see the house was in a beautiful gated community. Once inside the home was clean and beautifully decorated as shown in the pictures. It was the perfect amount of space needed for a 6 person family. Only thing that was a lil annoying was the door alarm to pool had no clear instructions on how to prevent from beeping and was hard to lock. We had to figure that out thru trail and error repeatedly. The outdoors area was clean beside 2 trash can that had been filled with trash by the previous guest that's hadn't been removed. I called on multiple occasions about it from day one of my 7day stay. Needless to say no one ever came and got it out of the trash bins leaving us with no where to place out trash. Other than that the home and stay was perfect.

Overall great experience

The only issue we had was that the hot tub stopped working and no one came out to fix it even though we called twice so we lost a few days of use. Pool was nice, resort was great. Good location. We’d be happy to stay here again.
