This recently updated home will make a perfect base for your next Tahoe vacation. Some of the great features include a wood burning fireplace, LCD TVs, wireless internet, and a private hot tub. The kitchen features granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and a gas range. All three bathrooms have also been updated with tile showers, new fixtures, and granite counters. Conveniently located just moments from Heavenly Ski resort, the lake, and casinos.
VR Permit# 004096 As of 12/31/21 this home will only be available for 31 day rentals.

**A high speed Internet connection with wireless access is available at this property - however we can neither guarantee service nor trouble shoot any problems.

We want you to enjoy your stay but please understand your property is located in a residential neighborhood. Please be aware that strict ordinances govern Lake Tahoe vacation rentals. Neighbors are sensitive to noise. Excessive noise or over-occupancy at any time of day could result in guest fine up to $2,000 (as well as any fines assessed against the homeowner). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy will result in eviction. Absolutely no use of the hot tub after 10 PM per ordinance.
