Prime location

Perfect location for Biarritz old town, Grand Plage and seafront walk. Also easy access to excellent bus service to Bayonne. Ideally suited for a group of friends on a long weekend to explore the area and watch some rugby.

Perfect family home in the centre of Biarritz.. very close to shops and beach. My family stayed in May 2024 for 8 nights. Very comfortable with everything you need and enough space for all to enjoy .

Fabulous home great location

Laurent's home was very comfortable and we had plenty of space for the 6 of us. Location was great only 10 mins walk to the beach and 5 mins walk to local busses. Check in process was easy and communication with Laurent was great with quick responses to our questions. We look forward to staying in Lauants home again

Perfect accomodation to stay in Biarritz

We had an amazing stay at this Maison! It was very spacious, carefully furnished and very well equipped - thank you for the many little attentive details! It is located in the heart of wonderful Biarritz, yet in a very quiet area. We also had means to park the car very nearby. Highly recommended!

Well situated holiday home near the beach and amenities

We were a party of 6 adults and two children aged 4 and 2. The house is clean and well presented with plenty of toys to keep the children happy. The beach and town centre with all its shops and restaurants are around 10-15 mins walk away. Parking is provided as part of the booking and is a very short distance away from the property. We very much enjoyed our visit and would recommend staying here to experience all that Biarritz has to offer.

Everything was as described. Google StreetView shows where to find anything which was not described (closest shops etc.) We could have done with more instructions on how to work the house, where to dispose of bottles (we found a place near the Police Station), and how some of the equipment worked (what the washing machine symbols mean?)We had a good time at this central location.

Awesome location , close walk to the beach and town. Little supermarket and bakery right down the street. House was clean and well maintained. Only issue was the beds only had sheets, no blankets or comforters. We had a few cooler nights so those would have been good to have but normally it’s hot so not a huge issue. Laurent was helpful and available to answer any questions. Biarritz is my new favorite city - so much to do and see!

Great house not so good weather

As a family we have been coming to Biarritz since 2000 so we have rented many properties over the years. This is one of the best. It is ideal for the Grande Plage and local shops as well as our favourite bakery in St Charles. The living area is very comfortable and so well equipped that we didn’t really mind the 2 stormy days we had as we read our books and relaxed. We are hoping to rent it again next year which is really the best reference you can give.

A family break in Biarritz

We stayed at Laurent's property for a week. It is ideally located for the beaches, restaurants and all important boulangerie. The house is very well-equipped, spacious with plenty of room for six adults. We arrived by car, a bit flustered, so for others: the abonne card gives you contactless entry and exit to the car park with the card reader located just under where the tickets are issued. Just tap in amd out and there are plenty of spaces! If you have a dog, the little park opposite is where everybody takes their pooches for their toilet breaks - worked well for us. Laurent was easy to reach and extremely helpful. I have no problems recommending this house to others.

June in Biarritz

The house was as described and we had a very enjoyable stay. The house was spacious and clean and everything worked. Good kitchen, showers and lots of hot water! Also on hot days the house remained cool which was very pleasant. The top bedroom in the attic can get warm but there is a cooling system (which we didn't need to use). It is a great location being only a 5 minute walk from the centre of town and the main beach. It's only a 15 minute walk to the old port area with lovely shops, bars and reastaurants along the way. The owner Laurent is easily contactable and always ready to help and assist with advice on the amenities of the area and any matters relating to the house.

Superbes vacances en famille dans ce beau pays basque. La maison est parfaite. Très grande et bien agencée le tout à de pas de tout. La grande plage. Les Halles.
