12 pessoas, nos hospedamos nesse sobrado do seu Bruno, muito espaçoso bastante camas e colchoes, 3 banheiros oq facilita bastante, área de churrasqueira bem ampla,, 2 quadras da praia grande, próximo a restaurantes(almocamos no Siri Cascudo, buffet a 22 reais,) sorveteria e quiosques. Super recomendo
