Location is excellent, right on the beach. It is not as crowded as other areas. The home has plenty of space and is well equipped to handle your needs. An added bonus is that our dogs can also come with us.

The house was very clean and is really nicely laid out. The bedrooms were very quiet and perfect for an extended family with multiple couples and little ones. The pool was terrific and perfect as a shaded option for anyone who needed a break from the beach. Communication was stellar with the management company and they immediately responded when we had a few minor issues or questions. The maintenance man, John, was delightful and very helpful. The location is perfect, steps from the beach and we enjoyed the lovely views and expansive decks throughout our stay. My only suggestions would be to provide some additional information for guests about the grill and dog friendly beaches/parks and also to specify when high chairs and cribs are included or need to be rented. That was a bit confusing. But management responded immediately to all of our requests. We had a lovely stay and I would definitely recommend staying here for your beach vacation!

Wonderful stay at a wonderful property! House is great. There are a few places that are beginning to show age, but otherwise, a beautiful home. Great location. Very quiet beach. Wish the company was a little more flexible on the front end for checking in a bit early but they were gracious to give us an extra couple of hours on the back end on check out day. The communication with the manager was very good.

Loved our stay our Salty Toes

We loved our stay at Salty Toes beach house. The location was great for us and you canā€™t beat the ocean views! The kids loved the small pool and the parents loved how fast/easy it was to get to the beach and the complimentary umbrellas and chairs. Also was very clean and nicely maintained.

Amazing location, perfect house for a big family

Everything was accurate on the description and pictures! The private access to the beach was wonderful! The staff was extremely courteous and prompt when we had any issues during our stay that needed to be resolved I highly recommend salty toes.

Great beach house with amazing views

Great beach house with a private access to the beach. Bedrooms are spacious and the main floor has nice open layout for entertaining with a big balcony overlooking the gulf. We also enjoyed the outside fireplace in the evenings. Parking was a bit tight for a mid-size SUVs but manageable. Great stay.

Perfection!! Amazing location, clean, comfy beds and furniture and as lovely as the pics. Fully equipped with everything you may need in the kitchen! Steps to the gorgeous beach and outdoor space is also an A+.

Beautiful!

The house was very clean and well appointed - just like the pictures. So nice to be on a private beach - wasnā€™t so crowded. One of the few houses that had a private walkway to the beach - a big plus. Elevator was helpful with all the steps.
