Beachfront House! Your family's beach house!

The house is located across from Piratininga Beach.<br> Just cross the street to put your feet in the sand and take a dip.<br> Oh, and before diving in, you can check the sea conditions from your room window right when you wake up.<br> This is truly priceless!<br> Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the waves is an unparalleled experience.<br> Our beach is almost private, with very little traffic, which provides greater peace and quiet for our guests.<br> I have no neighbors on either side here, guaranteeing total privacy.<br> Returning home.<br> When we entered from the beach, we were greeted by a very large outdoor area; on the right side, there was space to comfortably park 3 cars, and on the left, a swimming pool for relaxing.<br> In the surrounding area, every house has a balcony.<br> The gourmet area is located to the right of the house; it's covered and quite spacious. It includes a cooktop, barbecue grill, side-by-side refrigerator, and a wooden table for eight people. At the back, along the veranda, is the laundry area.<br> Upon entering, we have access through 2 tempered glass doors that allow a view of the outside area and also of the beach.<br> First, we found the living room with a 50" TV with Oi TV offering film channels, 500 Mbps 5G fibre optic internet, a sofa, and a coffee table. In the adjoining room with an open passageway is the dining room with a table for 6. From the table, it's possible to see the TV and also interact with those in the living room.<br> I took advantage of this interactivity to place a bunk bed in this space, making it easier for those with mobility restrictions, since from this space we have passage to the kitchen, quick access to the bathroom (without a shower stall), and also an area that is on the same level. The kitchen inside the house has all the appliances and utensils, as well as a Soft Everest water filter with chilled water.<br> Upstairs are the bedrooms. The first one on the right is a suite with a side view of the sea, featuring a double bed, a single bed, a wardrobe, a work/study desk with a pouf, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan.<br> Room 2 with a full frontal sea view!
