Brand new 1 bedroom, 2 bath condo Sleeps 4 (pullout sofa) in the North hotel zone in Puerto Vallarta. This home has been fully furnished with modern furniture, Contemporary technology and little luxury touches along the way.
For your convenience, We are located in the hotel zone with amazing restaurants, lounges, bars as well as right beside a large grocery store. We are walking distance to Walmart, sams club, galleria mall, Starbucks, and la isla mall.
A short 80 metre walk and you will find yourself on the sandy beach. Or you can head up to the rooftop with 2 infinity pools, hot tub, sauna and gym to enjoy the view of the ocean, marina and banderas bay. We are also directly on the bus route for access to other places such as the malecon area, sayulita, and bucerias. Whatever your desire may be for a vacation, you will surely find it staying here. We take pride in our home and ask that during your stay, you do as well.
