Perfect level entry to two separate floors - directly from the double carport to the top floor, or from the double garage to the middle floor. There are two huge sun-soaked part covered northern balconies to take in the panorama, complete with a BBQ.
Ducted reverse cycle air conditioning is available on the top level of the property.
The master has direct access to a terrace ensuite and dressing room. There are three further bedrooms on this level, plus a large main bathroom and TV room.

Great view but owner need put some effort to make the house more livable

Originally the agent suppose to meet us in the property but end up did not show up only tell us the code to enter the house. It is a big house and it's hard for us to know where the things are located. The mixer in the kitchen was broken, I e mailed the agent with video but no respond. The house doesn't look like have been renovated but probably redecorated with new furnitures. The bathrooms are pretty dated, no hair dryer or we can't find the hair dryer. Downstairs 4 bed rooms have to share two bathrooms and the two rooms with five beds (one 2, another one 3) at the back very crowded. The first night my friends slept in those room said they felt there is not enough air for them to breath so they come up to upstairs and slept in the couch.
