Located at 961 Swallow Avenue, Harbor Boat Club condos are conveniently located one block from the beach. This is a prime location and it only gets better as this complex is also a waterfront property. Here at Harbor Boat Club, residents get the best of all worlds, whether they are a fisherman, boater or a steady beach goers because all of these activities are right at your fingertips. Restaurants are close by for your convenience.
Condo is furnished for up to six guests, with King, Queen and Twin beds. Full size washer in condo. Included assigned covered parking and wifi.
There are many amenities to choose from including a full Harbor Boat Club offers an amenities package which includes a pool, activity room, covered parking, and BBQ grille.
You can also enjoy a short walk on the beach where you can stroll the miles of pristine white sands and collect tons of beautiful seashells. Nothing is more energizing that a quick dip in the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Walk down to the docks and watch the manatees, dolphins and even sea turtles or just admire the palm trees and tropical vegetation that surrounds us on Marco Island.
