Situated on the middle floor with a private leafy outlook, this apartment is set up for the whole family to enjoy.

The spacious open plan living area is equipped with lounges, smart TV, ducted air conditioning &dining table. This area flows out onto the large balcony where you can relax and unwind to the sounds of the ocean.

The kitchen features modern appliances, a gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and stainless-steel fridge.

Your master suite consists of a Queen size bed, ducted air conditioning, built in robe, ensuite with deep bath, shower, toilet and double vanity.

Bedroom 2 includes a Queen size bed, ducted air conditioning, built in robe and access to the main bathroom.

Bedroom 3 features two Single size beds, ducted air conditioning and a built-in robe.

Cotton Beach Resort is surrounded by lush tropical gardens and features two large pools, one of which is heated.
Walk out the back gate to the beach or take a stroll along the cycle path which stretches to nearby Kingscliff in the North or Cabarita to the South or visit the onsite gym or cafe/restaurant.

Comfortable p[lace at Casaurina

Good accommodation but expensive and south facing which means no sun in winter. AC not working either. Check in through thw agents took over an hour and very frustrating after a long drive.

Cotton Beach

This property was clean, spacious and well located. Only a 3 minute drive to Cabarita shops, a 10 min drive to Kingscliff. We also made the most of the pedestrian/bike path located at the back of the property with a 10 min bike ride to Cabarita or 25 mins or so to Kingscliff. Handy beach access as well as 2 pools in the complex. The washing machine and dryer came in handy with 4 kids in tow and we enjoyed eating out on the balcony. Would recommend block out blinds in the front two rooms as the porch light does not turn off and light from this comes into both bedrooms. It was great having Xenia restaurant on site, delicious food and great to not have to drive to dinner. Was also great to have underground parking on site with lift access almost opposite the apartment. Would recommend for families we loved our stay.
