A modern beach house in the beautiful coastal town of Barwon Heads.
Centrally located within easy walking distance to the Main Street, River/Beach, 13th Beach (surf beach) & BH Golf Course.
The house is well equipped with quality furnishings and everything you need to enjoy your stay. Enjoy outdoor dining and lounge areas, heated salt water pool & trampoline.
Families can enjoy the large grassland park and multiple playgrounds in short walking distance.

You have private access to the entire home which features tasteful furnishings and has a modern coastal feel.
All located on a single level, it is ideally set up for families or groups of friends.

Master Bedroom Suite - King bed, 43” smart TV, large walk in robe, large en-suite bathroom, desk area, double seat sofa bed that folds out to a king single bed (bedding for sofa bed not supplied)

Bedroom 4 - 2 x Long Single beds and built in robe

All bedding, bath & pool towels are provided with exception of the sofa bed. Please bring your own beach towels.

Open plan Lounge room, Dinning room and Kitchen.
The dinning table seats 8 with an additional 4 bar stools at the large island bench. Enjoy cooking in the kitchen featuring a gas stove & fan forced oven. We have provided quality kitchenware & appliances and you will have everything you need to prepare and serve meals at home. There is ample storage space. You will also find a Nespresso coffee machine with complimentary initial supply of coffee pods. Additionally an initial supply of olive oil, salt/pepper, tea, herb & spices, spray oil for the bbq, and cleaning supplies have been provided.
Off the kitchen you will find the laundry with a top loading washing machine.

There is a secure, private back yard featuring an in ground, heated magnesium mineral salt water pool. Its a great space to come back to after a day at the beach and enjoy a relaxed home-cooked BBQ amongst friends & family. There is a 6 seater outdoor dining table, lawn furniture, outdoor shower, gas BBQ, fire pit (byo wood/kindling), large tiled space and grassed areas.

Off street parking available for 2 cars in the driveway and plenty of on street parking available. The double garage can be used as an additional entertainment area and contains a darts board & second fridge/freezer.
There is space for a small boat, kayaks, jet skis etc. to be stored in the garage or the yard behind a secure double gate or in the garage.

Free WiFi available & smart TV.
There is an a/c unit located in the lounge area with ducted heating throughout.

Whilst we don't advertise bing pet friendly we do allow small, well behaved pets who can predominately remain outdoors. Message us to discuss if the property is suitable for your pet.

We pride ourselves on being good and respectful neighbours and enforce a no parties, no events, no schoolies policy at this property. 'A party is defined as more than 12 people on the property'. LOCATION & LOCAL FACILITIES
The house is located 950m to the Main Street of Barwon Heads, an easy 12 minute walk and kids can safely ride their bikes and scooters on the footpaths.
The shores of the beautiful Barwon Heads river is located 1.1km or 15 minutes walk away. With safe swimming for families along the shallow and sandy river foreshore. There is also a wonderful beach park & playground for the kids.
If surfing is your thing 13th Beach is about 1.3kms away and is also great for a costal walk and to enjoy the scenery.
For the golfers just up the road only 1km away is The Barwon Heads golf club or 4.3kms to 13th Beach golf links.
Other facilities within close access are Tennis Courts, Bowling club & Skate Park.
Kids will enjoy the Beach park or Pirate park only short walk away.
Enjoy a stroll through the main street with cafes, clothing stores, homewares shops and the like. There is also a fantastic local Bakery, Green Grocer & Butcher, and the IGA is great for all your essentials. Even closer just 50m is the APCO service station which is always handy to pick up some milk and last minute snacks etc. They also make a great coffee!

You are very centrally located and can walk into town for dinners, to pick up groceries and enjoy the beach, parks and facilities without having to navigate the summer traffic. Please be advised that there may be roadworks or construction activities near by during the period from late February to mid-March, predominantly taking place mid week. We have adjusted pricing accordingly during this period.
