Overlook the beach and boards from the spacious balcony on this 3 br condo at 20th Street.
Enjoy the sunrise and watching your family on the beach from the large oceanfront porch of this 3-bedroom apartment. Located at 20th St., close to many restaurants, shopping, and attractions, this 3rd-floor, walk-up apartment has accommodations for 6. This is an older building, but the condo is kept in great condition—it’s one of the few that still reminds you of what OC used to be about. Family fun and lots of memories to make here! The condo has a kitchen, 4 TVs, a DVD player, free Wi-Fi, a shared laundry room on the premises, and 4 window A/C units. The occupancy is 6, there is parking for 1 car, and the property does not allow smoking or pets. Please note—sheets, towels, paper products, and cleaning supplies are not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
