This charming house, fondly known as The Front Office, was built in 1929 as business premises for Jones & Sandford Ltd, one of New Plymouth's oldest surviving timber/construction firms. Over the years, the owners have transformed it into a modern, urban industrial mix while preserving aged features, creating a unique space that blends history with contemporary comfort.
The living area feels expansive with high ceilings and large doors that open out to a beautifully manicured garden deck. Special touches throughout the home create a warm, relaxed atmosphere, perfect for curling up on the couch with a good book. The chef's kitchen serves as the hub of the house, an outstanding space that brings everyone together, adorned with art that captures the ambience and sense of luxury.
