This adorable 1 bedroom 1.5 bathroom Oceanview Condo is just what you have been looking for! The condo has been recently renovated and offers an upscale atmosphere at an affordable price. The beachy tones and tasteful coastal decor welcome you as soon as you open the door. The Surf Condominiums is an oceanfront complex that offers convenient accommodations at affordable rates. All units have balconies with views of the inner courtyard and ocean. Private beach accesses are available for resident and guest usage. Residents and guests also have access to the swimming pool, which is open from May through September. Grilling is permitted in designated grilling areas around the complex. Laundry facilities are located onsite by the Surf Unit Owner's Association office and have coin-operated washers and dryers. Two cars are permitted for each property. Boats, jet skis, trailers, or other large water or cargo vehicles are not permitted on the premises.

The condo will offer a King bed, a Queen Sleeper Sofa, and a Queen Futon to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.

The Surf Condo Complex offers Cable and community WIFI service to all units. Log-in information will be provided at check-in.

➤***Please Note: HOA-controlled pools will be open for guest use from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Openings outside of this time will be at the discretion of the HOA***

Individual bed sheet sets will include a set of bedsheets and 2 sets of towels per person. (2 sets for Twin beds and 4 sets for Double, Queen, and King Beds)

Very clean, comfortable condo

I enjoyed the balcony and view of the ocean. I received great communication from the manager from entry to exit the end of my stay. The grounds are well maintained and the pool was just about perfect after a day on the beach.

Review

Could use some more like knives for peeling, also the vacuum needs to be replaced, it has an odor when turned on. Also you need to give the renters a paper stating the rules and regulations of the property, cause we did not know not to hang things on banisters which the guy told us, also we did not know that we couldn't put things under the steps at the carport which was only 2 but the guy told us kinda rudely to move them which we didn't know we wasn't allowed. So it would be good thing to let your renters know about these rules. Other than that we had a great stay, we enjoyed ourselves the condo was great. I will recommend it to others. And will be using you guys in the future. Thank you for a great week. I had. A great birthday week there.

Not Clean!!!

This was our second visit to Surf Condos. We stayed in building 6 last year and really enjoyed it so we decided to try it again. When we arrived at the condo I walked in and it immediately smelled like smoke. I started walking around and realized how extremely dirty the condo was. There was food on the floor and furniture, white dog hair on everything, sand covered the floors, a finger nail in the bedroom, blood on a pillow, greasy hand prints on the bar stools, hair in the shower, filthy rugs, bath mat was soaked and full of sand, the futon in the hallway was covered in sand, the balcony was covered in sand and food on the table, and I’m sure more that I’m forgetting now. I did call the rental company to let them know. They offered someone come back and clean again and told me the dog hair was strange because the owners don’t have a dog. I waited an hour and a girl and man came to reclean. I told her about the dog hair and she said “yeah, I saw that when I was here earlier.” She was not happy that she had to come back. She swept the floors with a broom and man ran the vacuum. She took all of the rugs out and bath mat leaving us without anything to get out of the shower on. The condo smelled like a wet dog after they ran the vaccuum. I had to clean everything myself after they left. My family did not walk around barefoot all week. I covered the furniture with extra sheets I had so we could sit on it. The internet did not work well in the bedroom. The pool also closes at 8:00 PM every night now and that was a bummer. I hate we had a bad experience because I loved staying here last year.

Stay here! You won’t regret it!

My family and I haven’t been on a vacation in 10 years! This was the perfect little spot for us! Kids loved the pool being right outside and I loved the beach being right down from that! Amazing view and the condo was perfect! Only downfall was not having a washer and dryer in the condo. Other than that, it was the perfect stay! 10 out of 10 would recommend!
