Enjoy sunrises, ocean views and evening breezes on your private oceanfront covered deck. You can’t get any closer to the sand and surf than in this front row condo. You can relax at the beach or at the pool, which includes a poolside gazebo and multi-level decking complete with lounge chairs. Paved & wooden walkways lead to a crossover to the sandy, white beach and crystal blue waters. And after a day of sun and sand, you can use the outdoor shower to wash it away.

Location:
Your beach condo is located approximately 1.2 miles north of the Surf City high rise bridge, near the central part of Topsail Island. This puts you close to restaurants, shops, Surf City Pier and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island’s past.
