In addition to the five sizable bedrooms, this property is appointed with a sofa sleeper in the main living area and a futon in the upstairs den area. The open floor plan on the main floor living/dining area allows ample space for everyone to be together, plus smaller more cozy spaces for quiet time alone. Two full baths on the main floor, along with a king and queen bedrooms. Upstairs there are two full bedrooms and a queen. The upstairs bathroom is a full bath with a smaller glass shower. Enjoy the lovely screen-porch, plus a fenced in yard with room for small bonfires. Located In Union Pier, close to the shops, restaurants and just two blocks to the public beach access, Townline Beach. The one-bedroom Union Pier Cottage on the back of the property can be rented separately.
All the amenities you would expect in a quality rental including internet, cable, central AC/heat, washer/dryer, screened-in porch, firepit, gas grill, and much more!
