About this property

Quaint, Quiet and a little bit Quirky

Looking out onto the beautiful Rotorua Golf Course and Whakarewarewa Forest. The private patio is the perfect place to enjoy a BBQ, coffee or afternoon cocktail!

Tucked down a long driveway in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood, there is a small fenced off backyard. Large double bedroom with a Queen bed, and a smaller room with two single beds (this room ideally suits either 1 adult or 2 children). 1 bathroom which includes a toilet plus an additional separate toilet down the hallway. Wi-Fi and Netflix included.

Our property is close to town and well situated to many great Rotorua attractions. The spectacular Mountain Biking Forest which you can actually see from the house is just 1.5kms away, there are tonnes of tracks and it is fun for all ages. The beautiful Redwoods are also very close and there you can do the amazing Tree Walk, either during the day or at night when it is lite up by nightlights.

We do not charge for Linen or have an additional Cleaning Fee, everything is included in the price. There is a large lockable garage to store your golf clubs or mountain bikes which you will have full use of for your stay. Off-street parking for two cars (or a car and a small boat).

Our quirky character home is 57 years old, so it has a few imperfections here and there. However, we are sure you will love the view, location and the surrounding area which has so much to offer. We will also do our very best to make your stay as enjoyable and comfortable as we can.

COVID-19 Travel Restrictions: should you be unable to travel for your confirmed booking due to COVID-19 level change, we will happily rebook your dates to a suitable time in the future or provide a full refund.

* Kindly note our home is within a lovely quiet neighbourhood so please respect that there is to be no parties or loud music at all times, thank you. The house is adjoined to another property that we also own and is tenanted by one person who is respectful of your privacy.

Great location
Great accommodation for our first time to Rotorua. Close to all the attractions, quiet street and loved that the house’s backyard was the golf course. Great view and could see the steam in the background. The hosts had everything we needed for a comfortable family stay.

Gorgeous, quirky family home
Very comfortable, clean and spacious family home for our stay in Rotorua. Kimberley was very communicative and helpful prior to and during our stay, too. Thoughtful touches and amenities made a difference to our stay. The back patio and outlook onto the golf course was glorious. Nice street and neighbourhood. Would highly recommend and would stay again!

We are a couple who live in Rotorua and love to travel and mountain bike. We brought our house because of the awesome view of the Golf course and the beautiful forest, and wanted to share this with others.
