Upstairs, the Queen Master bedroom awaits, offering a luxurious escape with its comfortable queen-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom. Next, there is a delightful bedroom with a full/twin bunk bed. This charming space is perfect for families or groups of friends.
The highlight of this magnificent home is the Master King bedroom. Indulge in the utmost luxury and comfort of the king-size bed, and revel in the opulence of the ensuite bathroom. This private retreat is designed to exceed your expectations.
For the younger members of your group or those young at heart, the next bedroom offers a playful atmosphere with a full bunk bed. The final bedroom features two full-size beds, providing ample space for a restful night's sleep.

Take a dip in the large screened pool and spa or lounge on one of many chairs soaking up the Florida sun. Socialize or read in the lanai area, complete with a seating area and large dining table

Want to check-in early or have a late checkout? Let us know two days in advance, and for an additional fee, we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Pool heating is available for $70 every five days, and if your property has a grill, please note there is a cleaning fee of $29.95. We provide a washer and dryer for your convenience but kindly ask that you bring your own detergents.

We know that pets are an important part of your family, and we're pleased to offer pet-friendly accommodations for your furry friends. Please note that there is a fee of $250 for damages caused by pets, and we kindly ask that you keep your pets off the furniture during your stay. The house was quite nice. There were a few things that needed repair however the responses from IHM were extremely quick. They responded to emails lightning fast and sent repair people promptly. A couple of wear and tear issues probably normal for a rental property. Overall quite satisfied.

The pictures aren’t accurate. The pool deck is no longer sleek and clean. There is no large patio table for several to sit at and only two lounge chairs provide provided. The wicker table found on the deck is collecting black mold. The couch also is very uncomfortable and dated. Before we left, we had to have the batteries changed in the remotes, so TVs would work properly, some satellite receivers did not work, we stayed for 14 days in the pool was cleaned once and we had to ask them to come refill it so it would filter properly. There are only five bathrooms, but within the description it states twice that there are 6. We had a broken toaster, broken garbage can, and we purchased washing cloths for the sink. We’ve been to Florida multiple times and it was not a successful experience for us. I will say the property manager did try to relocate us, but they’re houses were fully booked. Other than that, we will not book through this host again.

Regarding the listing, the property is described as having 5 bathrooms in the title and main details. There was only a minor typo in one section where “6” was mistakenly mentioned, but all accurate descriptions reflect 5 bathrooms. In regard to the TVs, they were fully functional, and we do not provide subscription channels; guests use their own streaming or accounts. When any issue was reported, we sent maintenance each time to address it promptly. We also want to note that whenever concerns were brought to our attention during your stay, our team responded and dispatched maintenance accordingly. In addition, a refund was provided to help compensate for the inconvenience experienced. We’re sorry the stay did not fully meet your expectations, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us continue improving. -The IHM Team

Everything looked exactly like the picture the only problem we had was getting through the gate everytime we left the barcode didn’t want to work but overall the stay was amazing and I will for sure book here again.

Ample space

This place was huge! Plenty of room for everyone. There was hair left on the shower wall in one bathroom and used false eyelashes on the living room floor. The master bed and the bedroom downstairs sink in when you sleep may need to be replaced. Other than that we had a great time! Loved the water park in the subdivision and the pool was great at the house!

Great for a weekend stay for a good sized family

We had family visiting from Mexico for the week and decided to do something special so we booked this house for a weekend at the beginning of their trip. They really liked and as we waited at the airport at the end of their trip they were still talking about the fun we had at the house. Thanks for helping make their trip fun and memorable.

Overall good stay

We stayed at this property with 3 family’s and there was soooo much room! We enjoyed our time at the house, but my only complaint would be there was not enough cookware in the kitchen very minimal. Would definitely return, plus the beds were super comfortable!!

The property was a perfect fit for our group of 18! It was actually a lot bigger in person than the look online. Very clean, plenty of space and great amenities! So close to all of the Disney/Universal/Seaworld parks! Would definitely rent again!

Enjoyed our stay!

This was a wonderful property for our family and friends to stay, super spacious, plenty of bathrooms, beds, really nice pool! The only thing that was a bummer was the back patio and pool is directly under the master bedroom therefore you can hear everything if people are hanging out by the pool. Otherwise it was wonderful stay and we would return! :)

Great stay!

It was a beautiful home to stay in! The club house area was very nice with a pool, bar, and splash pad are for the kids. Everything was great and plenty of parking available. The only issue I had was trying to get anything from the property manager like a broom or sponge to wash the dishes. I was told they would bring it but never received either after requesting the items for two days.Overall, it’s a great stay and I wouldn’t mind returning.Highly recommended!

Awesome experience

The experience was great. Anytime I sent a message they responded timely. I will be renting from your establishment again. Thank you for a great family Thanksgiving holiday. The only negative was the parking pass/getting in and out of the gate was a bit tedious.

Nice home

The property was great and the amenities were as well. The property manager was very responsive. I would definitely recommend staying here. The only issue we had was there wasn’t a broom but there was a dustpan. But that doesn’t take away from my 5 star review.

Perfect home

Everything was great just as listed. The only unfortunate part is that some of the showers did not any water pressure. But overall it was an amazing time with family and would highly recommend to everyone. We will return.

Spacious Rental

It was beautifully decorated, perfectly supplied, and meticulously clean. Loved having access to the resort, as it occupied the kids for hours while the adults were able to soak up some leisure time. Location was great w/ a grocery store and Starbucks nearby. Host should include that check-in is gate specific and list the street name that has a gate attendee. Lots of entrances and became a little confusing but I don't believe that lessened our stay or experience. Host was communicative and responded quickly any time we had a question. We will be saving this listing for future stays!

The house was very clean. We did find a roach near the door on one of the days, but with all the trash outside I wouldn’t say it would be uncommon. I would spray the area to keep them away. I wish there was a game room in the garage. That would have it perfect. The couch is not the most comfortable, as it gives no real support to lean back.overall it was a good stay.

OMG LOVE!!!!!

Loved the home, it was great for all of us. The beds where nice and firm but not rock hard. Lots of room. We got the heated pool and it was fabulous. Honestly felt like we where in a mansion. Wish we could have stayed longer. We come from Canada so the rules are a bit different. They start you off with a few toilet papers and dish soap. But you have to get everything, and felt like we wasted a lot cause we couldn't bring back home. Luckily, next door was new comers so we pasted on the salt and pepper and condiments and everything else we left behind. My only negative would be a bigger frying , it was a little hard to cook for 5 never mind 16. We did enjoy the BBQ. I would defiantly return.
