Holden Pattern is a beautiful four-bedroom, two-bath home featuring a private, fenced-in pool area—an ideal retreat for families, friends, and four-legged companions. Covered front and back porches provide inviting spaces to relax, while the pool area includes a comfortable outdoor sitting space for soaking up the coastal sunshine.

Located just a short walk from the beach, this home is perfect for making lasting memories together. Family-friendly amenities include a high chair, Pack 'n Play, outdoor bar, and a guest storage area with a full bathroom and shower (serving as a third full bath). Additional features include a dog kennel and thoughtful extras designed for convenience and comfort. Please note: this home does not have a dishwasher.

The pool may be heated with advance notice for an additional fee.

Pet-friendly with payment of pet fee. Two dogs are allowed; additional fees may apply.

For weekly rentals, bed linens (for bedroom beds only), towels, and bath mats are provided.

Pool heating is available with advance notice for an additional fee. Pools are heated to a maximum of 87–88°F and can maintain a temperature approximately 8–10 degrees above the outside temperature. Pool heaters cannot operate when the outside temperature is below 55°F and are not available June through August. Please call for details.

Home was renovated and accommodated our family of 11 quite easily. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Short walk to beach. Clean and had most of everything we needed for cooking. Would definitely stay again.

Nice house setup

House was nice but unclean. Air vents looked like they hadn't been changed in many months, dust covering the fans, very thick visible dust under all the beds, floors hadn't been mopped in a long time (our feet were black after walking around for maybe half an hour). Refrigerator was non-functional upon check-in, management did not let us know (even after originally calling to question the unplugged fridge). After a second and third call, we were advised that there was miscommunication and we should expect a working fridge on day 2. Fridge was replaced day 2 around 4:30pm. Aside from the lack of cleanliness (a big deal to us) and losing half a day getting ice for $100s of groceries, the house has a nice layout. We would stay again assuming the management and vendor issues were corrected.
