Holden Pattern is a beautiful four-bedroom, two-bath home featuring a private, fenced-in pool area—an ideal retreat for families, friends, and four-legged companions. Covered front and back porches provide inviting spaces to relax, while the pool area includes a comfortable outdoor sitting space for soaking up the coastal sunshine.
Located just a short walk from the beach, this home is perfect for making lasting memories together. Family-friendly amenities include a high chair, Pack ’n Play, outdoor bar, and a guest storage area with a full bathroom and shower (serving as a third full bath). Additional features include a dog kennel and thoughtful extras designed for convenience and comfort. Please note: this home does not have a dishwasher.
The pool may be heated with advance notice for an additional fee.
Pet-friendly with payment of pet fee. Two dogs are allowed; additional fees may apply.
For weekly rentals, bed linens (for bedroom beds only), towels, and bath mats are provided.
Pool Heating Information:
Pool heating is available with advance notice for an additional fee. Pools are heated to a maximum of 87–88°F and can maintain a temperature approximately 8–10 degrees above the outside temperature. Pool heaters cannot operate when the outside temperature is below 55°F and are not available June through August. Please call for details.
