Condo building right on Lido Beach on Florida’s Gulf coast. Walk out from main floor to enjoy the pool and beach, walk a few steps on the beach to the tiki bars at the Ritz and Lido Beach Resort. Walk along the beach to Saint Armands Circle with shops and restaurants. Ted Sperling Nature Park is right across the street with kayaking and paddle boarding. Just a short drive or trolley ride to downtown Sarasota. Bay runner Trolley goes right in front of condo with user friendly app. Siesta Key, golf courses, and many attractions a short drive away.
