Compass Point 122 - Gulf front 3 bedroom condo

Welcome to Compass Point 122 ... direct gulf front three bedroom/two bathroom vacation rental condominium. Our three bedroom condo has a nicely updated kitchen, spacious living area, expansive screened lanai with direct gulf front views and a private laundry area in the condo. The master bedroom has a comfortable king sized bed and en-suite bathroom. The first guest bedroom has two twin beds with the second guest bedroom having a twin trundle bed (no closet) and nearby full bathroom. The complex only has 45 units which makes it very quiet and features a heated community pool, tennis, elevator serviced buildings and a bbq grill. We'll look forward to welcoming you to our vacation home away from home for your next weekly or longer vacation.

Perfect getaway

We love Sanibel. We have been to Sanibel many times and we had just as great of an experience at this condo. Accommodations were clean and well-equipped for our stay. Beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels were available for our use and that was really nice. Our view was worth it all! It was so peaceful sitting out on the lanai, drinking a cup of coffee and enjoying the ocean waves. Our check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy. We had a wonderful time!

Compass Point 122 Spring Break 2022

Overall impression of the property was good. The condo was exactly as expected from the pictures. Family felt comfortable. The showers were a little outdated but worked well. Loved the kitchen/living room areas. Kitchen was properly outfitted with what was needed to make meals. We really enjoyed the view and patio that was screened in. Only minor negative was one of the beach chairs was broken. There were two more camping chairs but those didn't recline so made it difficult to enjoy the beach. We purchased another beach chair and left it for others to enjoy.
