The house was clean, plenty of space and beds. The home was well supplied with cooking utensils. The bar stools need to be put in the garbage. They are either broken or worn out. They need new throw pillows and a new rug in the living room. Overall, I would rent again.

ANOTHER AMAZING STAY

This was our third stay at these beautiful and spacious houses and we had another amazing experience. The home was clean, spacious and close to everything we wanted to do! If we had to have any criticism at all it would be that the homes don’t provide some basic necessities such as salt and pepper and other basic items however it is extremely clear in the homes description that these items will not be provided so it was no surprise and not a problem at all.The property manager is absolutely amazing and communicates perfectly! We will absolutely use these beautiful rentals again every time we are here!5 stars and thank you again!

Family vacay

We enjoyed our stay. The kids had fun swimming in the pool and playing games in the gameroom. Plenty of space for everyone. If staying here in the future, bring or buy dishwasher and laundry soaps, paper towels, and extra tissue rolls. Ice maker didn't work well enough for larger group so had to buy ice. No hotpads or mitts available. Some minor asthetic repairs needed, but nothing urgent. Overall, the house and the community pool were very nice.

Big house

This house was big enough for our family and it had every thing we needed except a broom that I asked for and never got. There were broken bed, there were small holes in walls crayon writing on walls, stains on walls one of the beds had a big stain on the bed on the comforter it shouldn't even be on the bed. The carpet was also stained up stairs. The bathrooms were clean and the kitchen but this house could use a deep for sure. The house was still nice but could really use some attention especially for the price and the cleaning fee for a house that needs to be cleaned .

Disappointed

Just disappointed with the condition of the home after check in. Check in was supposed to be at 4pm but was not allowed to get in the home until after 6. Communication with the host during that stressful time was tough. So many things broken and markings on the walls, locks were broken. Just not what was expected and overall the family was not happy.

A lot of stuff was broken, when searching to make sure the rooms were ok to sleep in there was trash under all the beds. The amount of caked on dust on the vents was nasty. The couch upstairs had duct tape on it. One of the light fixtures was hanging down out of the electrical box. The place was big enough but not like described. The furniture was uncomfortable and wore out. The pillows need replaced on the beds. There was hair in one of the bathrooms corner.

Comfortable and Relaxing

My family and I go on vacation yearly and this year we decided to go back to Disney and bring a few friends that have never been. We wanted a home that would be comfortable sleeping 26 people, relaxing, and close to Disney. The house was everything we could ever imagine. It was nice & clean, spacious, and right in the center of everything. It took us 30 minutes or less to get to the mall, restaurants, wal-mart/sams, medieval times, etc. I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking forward to visiting Florida (Disney world). Sn: The maintenance team and owner is also quick with repairs. When we went to use the dishwasher because it wouldn’t even turn on. I immediately contacted the owner and she sent someone out to repair it. When the problem couldn’t be fixed a day later they were coming to install a new dishwasher. I rate this property 5 stars!!

Family Gathering

Our family of 20 members planned our summer gathering to be spent at Storey Lake Resort. We arrived as scheduled on time for our week's stay. We had great communication with the hosts online and they promptly sent our arrival instructions to enter the property. Upon entering the vacation home overall it was beautiful. A few cons we inspected upon arrival was the trash in the trashbin outside the door with chicken bones on the ground. That wasn't a pleasant welcoming site. But it was picked up later in the day. The kitchen cabinet above the stove had a large grease stain on it. There were several cracks in the floor tile on the 1st floor. A large spider web was in the corner of the great room that was noticeable while watching tv. We coukd nir get the dishwasher to start. The couch cushion corners were cracked/pillows looked worn. A more in depth cleaning was needed. I must say the host was efficient in having the a/c repaired when it went out on our last evening at the property. That was very much appreciated. Overall we had a wonderful week and would highly recommend this property.

Few issues.

Our stay was enjoyable. The property is as described. It needs some TLC but with the fact it is a rental, SOME wear and tear should be expected. Before arriving, I read someone’s review about the locks on the doors. I inquired about it and was told it was fixed. They were not. Probably only two to three bedroom doors/bathroom doors seem to lock. We had a lot of walk-ins while using the restroom. Our stay was right at the end of Hurricane Ian. Owners kept us updated as to the status of the villa. It was much appreciated. Had issues with the air and the pool heat. The air finally got fixed but we paid for pool heat and probably got two days of pool heat. The owner dropped the ball on getting it taken care of in the long run. Now on to the cleanliness. Like I said, expect wear and tear BUT there is fuzz coming out of the register vents. My daughter-in-law cleaned the lights over the tables because they were so filthy. We swept the living floor upon arrival and had a good pile of dirt. There were food and other stuff under the couches. There was writing in one of the kids rooms on door saying something like I’m watching you. The floors in bathroom around cabinets were dirty. Beware, there is NO sweeper or mop. It would’ve been nice to be able to clean the tile floors with having 9 kids. We did buy one a mop at dollar store so if one is there, you’re welcome. Take with you pot holders (which I believe I left the set I bought there) and utensils for cooking. The smaller appliances are sparse. It would be nice if there were instructions when you arrived as to what is expected upon leaving or what to do with trash, etc. Also, a bigger trash can inside would be nice. You have a large party and seem to take out trash every 30 minutes. The clubhouse was probably our favorite thing to do. Definitely should go at the beginning of your stay to check it out.
