This custom home--just over 3,800 square feet--has a gourmet kitchen, four-season sun room, wonderful spaces and three private bedrooms--all with ensuite bathrooms.

Enter an open and bright, well-equipped kitchen with large island and counter seating. Just off the kitchen is the dining area with large table and chairs. The dining area opens to the sun room and two other sitting areas. The four-season sun room has a queen sleep sofa and arm chairs, vaulted ceiling, skylights and ceiling fan. The living room has a comfortable sofa and love seat and a decorative fireplace (not for tenant use). Beyond the living room is a TV nook with sectional sofa, large flat screen smart TV with cable and WiFi. French doors between the two sitting areas lead to the deck. The dining room and living room have a vaulted ceiling, skylights and ceiling fans. There is also a half bath and separate laundry room with washer and dryer on the first floor.

The first of the home's three bedrooms is on the first floor. The bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with custom tiled shower and two sinks. Private French doors lead to the deck.

The home's two other bedrooms are accessed by separate staircases. A staircase by the kitchen leads to an open alcove with an office area, queen sleep sofa and ceiling fan. The alcove opens to the dining area and living room below. One door leads to the bedroom, the other to the bathroom. The bedroom has a queen bed and ceiling fan. A door from the bedroom leads to the roomy bathroom with shower and two sinks.

The master bedroom is accessed via a second staircase. This spacious and inviting room has a king bed, flat screen TV with cable, vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan and desk. The ensuite bathroom has a jetted tub, separate shower and two sinks.

There is a ping-pong table and work-out equipment (for adult use only) in the unfinished basement.

A/C: There are five ductless split air conditioning units: One in the sun room, one in the living room and one in each of the three bedrooms.

Enjoy the lovely outdoor spaces including the back deck with chaise loungers and teak dining table and chairs, the oversized enclosed outdoor shower, gas grill, the beautiful front patio with lounge furniture and bistro table, the lawn with mature plantings and the vegetable garden with eight raised beds. Add fresh Wellfleet herbs, lettuce, arugula and cucumbers to your recipes during your stay. Shed available for storage of bikes and gear.

Short drive to PB Boulangerie for fresh bread, pastries and other treats. Head to Wellfleet center and harbor for wonderful restaurants, shops and galleries. Head into Truro and Provincetown for more fun.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover.
