Family Vacation

Family of 11 loved the location, the size of the house and pool . Plenty of space for all age groups to find their own place to hide. House was well equipped with everything you need to feed a large group.

Just what we needed!

We had three family’s with 15 total people. This house gave us privacy and location. 5 min walk to ocean, private roads, no security issues, pool and hot tub, fully stocked kitchen just bring your own food. We got there at 1 pm but couldn’t get in till 4 (check in time). No big deal just don’t come early.

Damn nice house

The house was as promised. It was a bit worn, the AC didn’t cool the lower levels very well. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans. I was a bit disappointed in the bath towel (singular). Dish soap, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, kitchen towels would have been nice to have as well.

We had a great vacation and would definitely recommend this house for large groups or multiple families. Our group included kids ranging from 2 to 18 years old, and the layout worked well for everyone. The house also had a nice selection of games that kept the kids entertained.The location is a huge plus. It’s about a 5-minute walk to the beach, and you can also walk to an ice cream stand, a few bars, and a convenience store.The pool was great, and the house was clean inside, although it’s a little dated. The landscaping outside could use some attention, with weeds around the pool and growing through parts of the fence. I’m probably pickier than most, but it stood out.We had a few maintenance issues (a broken toilet, pool pump, and grill), but the property management company was outstanding. We texted them each time, and everything was fixed within hours. Communication was excellent.The house has a full kitchen with cookware, utensils, a coffee maker, and dishwasher, but don’t expect many extras. There weren’t beach supplies, coffee, extra paper towels, or much toilet paper provided. That wasn’t advertised, so it wasn’t a surprise—just something to plan for.Overall, the great location, pool, and responsive management made for a fantastic stay. We’d happily come back.

The property manager was very responsive when we had an issue with the ice maker not working. Unfortunately the ice maker could not be fixed. So no ice for the week. They did offer to bring us a bag of ice.Had an ant infestation in the kitchen, and a problem with spiders in one of the first floor bedrooms.Check-in time was 4:00. We arrived at 5:30. Cleaning crew was still cleaning the house. Had to wait for them to finish up.Dirty linens were left in a bag in the carport, trash on the ground as well.Lights didn't work in the pool.We had a great week none the less. A little disappointing considering what we paid.

The rooms were spacious and exactly as shown. The house was absolutely great for the big group we had. There were a few spots I feel the cleaning team missed but nothing terrible. We had wished there was a broom and dustpan for us to use not just a vacuum cleaner. I feel We were first in the season as the pool guy came a day or two in and drained the hot tub then refilled it.
