This Kiawah Island vacation rental, located in West Beach, features four bedrooms, views of Cougar Point Golf Course, and is only a 5-minute walk to the beach.
The home’s main living space is within the great room and boasts a vaulted ceiling, second-story windows, and views of the fairway through large glass doors. The living area opens to the dining area with seating for eight guests. Fully equipped to prepare your vacation meals, the kitchen has plenty of counter space and a windowed breakfast nook with dining space for 4 guests.
Downstairs, you will find two of the home’s bedrooms. The primary suite offers a king-sized bed, wall-mounted TV, access to the screened porch, and a luxurious bathroom with an expansive walk-in shower. The second downstairs bedroom has a king-sized bed, a comfortable sofa tucked into a windowed nook, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The remaining two bedrooms are just up the stairs: a king bedroom and a bedroom with two twin over twin bunk beds. The upstairs bathrooms offer showers, bathtubs, white cabinetry, and stone countertops with under-counter sinks.
Overlooking Cougar Point Golf Course, the sun deck is the perfect place to relax and enjoy views of the fairway. In addition to the sundeck, there is also an outdoor grilling deck and a screened porch. The wide screened porch offers comfortable seating and a ceiling fan to keep cool during the warmer months.
The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet. Guests do not have access to the garage.
Please note that this property has an exterior security camera that views the home's front entrance. This camera serves to protect both the property owner and rental guests.

Over all not bad but not having a garage to park in made it hard to turn around. No games or cards to play. Found pan dirty put away. Bathroom downstairs near front was tight was not set up well water leaking from shower door damaging floor. For the price not bad I guess

Great location for getting to the beach. The only really unpleasant thing about the property is the difficult, narrow driveway that makes it impossible to turn around. If you only have one vehicle it wouldn’t be a problem.
Plenty of room for relaxing inside and out.
We would have appreciated trash bags, laundry detergent and a broom, otherwise we found everything we needed and were comfortable.

Great rental and location. I think they need to clean the carpets and upholstery as there were many spots on them. I also feel the kitchen needs to be organized better ( coffee cups in three different locations same with pots and pans etc). House was perfect for our family and we would rent again. The house was very nice. Easy walk to the beach, on the golf course. The porches, both screened and unscreened were nice additional areas to sit, better when the pollen is not so bad. Parking is tight. Akers-Ellis rentals provided good customer service when needed.

This is a very comfortable home overall. The kitchen was well provisioned, making cooking easy. The bathrooms were well stocked with towels and wash cloths. Really nice washer and dryer were available. The beds were all comfortable and the house was located behind hole 15 or 16 of CougarPont golf course which offered beautiful views. My only suggestion is to replace the sofa. It's very uncomfortable. I would rent it again.
