There are two living areas, one adjacent the kitchen and dining area and a separate quiet sitting room at the front of the house. The bedding configuration is King master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, Queen bedroom and third bedroom with two king single beds, and shared bathroom.

Access is via Ramsgate off Bridge Road. There are two parking spots on the property, as well as ample free street parking.
