Beautifully appointed two-bedroom, three-bath penthouse overlooking Lake Dillon. Located in one of the prime spots in Summit County, you cannot beat the unparalleled views of Lake Dillon and the Ten Mile Mountain Range.

There are so many things to love about this home, including the panoramic views of Lake Dillon and the Rocky Mountains the minute you walk through the door. The condo boasts many large windows, allowing you to take in these incredible views and enjoy the well-lit home. Step outside to your private deck and enjoy the beauty of Lake Dillon in any season.

This home has been completely remodeled and beautifully decorated. The living room features a sectional couch, a large HD TV, and a gas fireplace. There is a full kitchen with granite countertops and everything you need to entertain, including a Keurig coffee machine (along with a drip coffee maker as well). The dining area features a brand new and gorgeous dining room table, seating up to 8.

There is complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi and cable for all your entertainment needs.

The master bedroom features a king bed, an HD TV, and an en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom features a bunk bed with a double mattress on top and a king mattress on the bottom. There is easy access to the other two full bathrooms. One of the guest bathrooms features a large walk-in shower.

For your convenience, there is a front-loading washer/dryer in the unit and a storage room for skis, boots, etc.

Enjoy the clubhouse year-round, which features an indoor hot tub, pool, and much more.

FANTASTIC PLACE!

Came to Dillon for a concert and booked this lovely property for the weekend. The views were exceptional and had everything we could possible need for the weekend. Thanks to the washer and dryer on premise we were able to pack light so we could fill our suitcases full of merch/ new clothing. Will definitely be coming back and could not recommend a place more.

Fabulous views. We’ve stayed all over the Dillon / Frisco area and now we’re spoiled. Views and quiet! Well appointed - the kitchen, furnishings in front rooms and bedrooms. And super nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. The climb up the 3 floors wasn’t bad either. We hope to get the same unit again next year!

Awesome place

We had a great time! This place has an awesome view of mountain and lake! We enjoyed the walks in the frozen lake, surrounded with snow mountains. We saw someone was fishing in the lake ( only seen it in the movies), build a snowman, skiing in the lake…The grocery stores and restaurants( great Pho soup) are about 5-10 min drive, so convenient! We would love to come back again! BTW, when we text the management with questions, they responded back right away! We woke up with fresh snow to play with and was snowing when we were leaving…

We give our highest rating to Lake Cliffe A308, where we enjoyed one of the best vacations we've ever had over the course of nearly 3 weeks. Each day, after a fabulous hike or other adventure, it was so nice to come home to this lovely condo with outstanding 180-degree views of the Lake and Mountains. We have stayed in a number of other Lake Cliffe condos over the last 20 years, and there is no better view than this one. The owner has done an outstanding job at tastefully renovating this condo, with modern high-end appliances, and equipping the kitchen with everything anyone would ever need. He has replaced all of the windows and sliding doors onto the private patio, which looks out over the landscape. SkyRun's guest services are also tremendous. You will love staying here!

Gorgeous view, great location

This was the third time we visited Dillon Colorado. The condo at Lake Cliffe was by far the best we have ever stayed in. In addition to the almost panoramic view, the remodeled features were just beautiful. Everything was brand new. The appliances were better than the ones in my own home!. It was also so convenient to have a gas fireplace and a washer and dryer in our unit. Three full baths accommodated everyone. We were minutes from Keystone and Breckenridge, And in an hours drive were able to do many other fun things. It was a great family vacation for peace and quiet, lots of fun, and family bonding. Also, the staff is always available and the property is professionally managed by an always available staff. Will definitely stay here again!

This condo was even nicer than the description. The views of Dillon Reservoir and Peak 1 are absolutely unbeatable and so calming. The beds and furniture were beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen was set up so that you could enjoy the views and socialize as you cook. This is one of the nicest rentals ever.

This is a wonderful cozy condo. It is actually quite a bit larger than expected with three bathrooms that came in handy when everyone is getting ready for the slopes. The gas grill was also a great luxury to cook at home.

Great View on Lake Dillon!

This condo was in great condition and we enjoyed the fact that there are 3 full bathrooms! The views were amazing and close to all fun places, Pug Ryan's is within walking distance. I can not wait to stay in this unit during the summer

Tons of potential

The condo is on the 3rd floor. Outside stairs and door. No elevator. It was snowing - not good or bad, just the situation. We were locked out and the code did not work. No one answered the "emergency number". After 20 minutes we got a hold of someone who gave us the correct code and said we were emailed the wrong code. There was no soap in the whole condo (no soap or shampoo in any of the bathrooms or cabinets). I had to run to the store before anyone could use the bathroom (FYI no hair dryer either). The pocket door in the master bathroom does not work - no privacy. There is a great deck with a nice grill and view, but only a plastic spatula that should probably not go on the grill. The fireplace does not work and there is a sign on it that says "parts on order". The condo has tons of potential. Great windows and views of the lake (enjoyed the ice fishers every day). Plenty of room for the 4 of us. Nice location and less than a mile from the grocery store. The website said "new listing" and the condo needs to get the kinks worked out. Once up to speed I would stay there again.

Thank you for your feedback and we apologize the fireplace was not working during your stay. It was indicated in the original listing details & we lowered the rental rate due to this. The Owner had to completely re-do the entire fireplace due to safety issues, so unfortunately it was a big job and took some time. The fireplace is now working perfectly. The listing does indicate the third floor and many guests rent the condo for the views from this floor. Only about 5% of the properties in Dillon have elevators. I do apologize that the door in the master bedroom was not working. We do have a full time maintenance staff and would have been happy to have sent someone over to take a look and try and fix it. We would also have sent someone over with some shampoos, etc. We do typically have these amenities in our all of our properties but there was a delay in the delivery of these products and we apologize for that. I will have to look into why the incorrect code was on your instructions email as we put the correct one our system (that generates the email), so there must be some type of glitch we will fix right away Otherwise, we are glad you enjoyed the location and views.
