Stunning Direct Lake Dillon Views from this Top Floor Condo

Dillon Bay Condo is a fully remodeled, top floor 2 bedroom condo with direct and unobstructed views of Lake Dillon, Buffalo and Red Mountains and the Ten Mile Range. Located in Dillon and just a short 10 minute drive to Keystone Ski Resort in Corinthian Hill. This condo has vaulted ceilings, clubhouse with swimming pool and hot tubs, and unbeatable views from the living room, kitchen and deck.

Dillon Bay has a large open living space with spacious fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, lots of counter space and all cooking utensils, appliances and place setting. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area with table seating up to 6 people, there is a counter bar in the kitchen with additional seating for 2 people, plus 2 folding chairs for dining up to 10 people. The kitchen and dining area are open to the living room with a gas fireplace, HDTV, Sony DVD player, and direct lake views.

The primary bedroom has a King size bed with a Tempurpedic memory foam mattress. Bedroom 2 is located on the opposite side of the condo and has a Queen size bed with Tempurpedic memory foam mattress as well as a Roku tv. There is a 3/4 bathroom in the hall right outside of Bedroom 2. The condo has a washer dryer in the unit.

The unit has a large private deck with table and seating for 4 people, and stunning lake and mountain views. There is a one car garage and additional surface parking for one vehicle. Guests have access to the Corinthian neighborhood private clubhouse which is just a short walk or drive from the unit. The clubhouse has a heated outdoor swimming pool, and indoor hot tub, lounge and picnic area. There is free wifi, cable TV, board games, and a pack n play crib. The condo is on the free Summit Stage bus stop. Please note, the gas grill has been removed due to HOA policy changes. Electric grill coming soon.

We do not guarantee the pool and hot tub will be open, as these amenities are administered by the Home Owners Association and subject to closure due to maintenance.

Exactly as advertised with beautiful views from the deck. Condo set up with the two bedrooms with private baths was great. Kitchen was well-equipped. FYI: Traffic noise is louder than we expected. It's not an issue with doors closed, but difficult to enjoy the patio and have conversations. Also, the property is not conducive to walking places, but is very conveniently located for short drives to many trails, shopping and dining.

Relaxing weekend away

We were very comfortable at the property. We had everything we needed for our short stay. The view was amazing, but know that the road is busy, and if you have the doors open or sit outside, it is loud. We used the pool and hot tub, and they were both clean and a wonderful bonus to our stay. Management was helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this property for two nights to ski A Basin before driving to vail- condo was clean, well stocked with essentials, and has a breathtaking view of the lake! I had been slightly concerned about proximity to highway but there was zero noise and the deck felt very private

Great condo with an amazing view!

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything in the house was well maintained, comfortable, and clean. The kitchen was spacious with nice appliances. The bed were very comfortable. The views from the living/dining areas were amazing in the winter! Having a garage was nice in the winter as well. It was great being just off the main road and having quick access to everything. We would definitely stay again in the future.

Fed my mind & soul in God's country

I just stayed in this wonderful, incredibly clean property for 2 weeks. The 10 mi mountain view is breathtaking and simply beautiful! Yes, there is road noise however the view far over rules that situation. The property had everything needed for cooking meals, relaxing, along with HDTV, gas fireplace (with a flip of a button) for warmth & ambience as well. I was lucky enough to see the first snowfall of this season. I will certainly be booking this property again. One of the best I've visited with VRBO. Well done property owners and everyone who takes care of this property!
