New Flooring and Freshly Painted in January 2022. Stay beachside and enjoy many benefits of an oceanfront complex without paying oceanfront prices. Guests staying in Ocean One 124 enjoy a landscape view and won't cross a street to reach the Atlantic Ocean and its white sandy beaches. This condo has been upgraded and the charming decor will make you feel right a home. It has a King in the Master, Two Doubles in BR2, 1 Double and 1 Twin in BR3 plus a sofa bed in the living room.
After hours in the surf, vacationers rinse under the outdoor shower located on the complex's private beach walkway and then dip into the oceanfront swimming pool. Ocean One is a five story elevator building located in South Forest Beach. Ocean One has added a brand new grilling area to the complex just beyond the pool.
Among the amenities offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Ocean One is one block from the Coligny Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages.

Great stay close to the beach

We stayed at this property for a quick weekend getaway. The property was clean and as described. We had a great time. The pool was nice and the beach was close. It was nice to not have to walk far to get a good spot on the beach. Communication was excellent and the stay meet our needs.

quick guys golf trip

Location was great- pool wasn't open but it wasn't quite into season yet so all good- easy walk to the beach- close to most of the courses we played. Would book again for sure.

Great property!

We had a great weekend at this property! There was plenty of room, and the condo was in a great location! There was a super nice pool and fire pit area, and easy access to the beach. We will definitely be back!

Prime location

This building is undergoing some renovations so while it wasn’t ideal to have an empty pool it was an easy walk out of the back to the ocean. Location was great!

Great Getaway!

We have stayed in this unit before and loved it! This time was a bit more inconvenient with the construction going on, but we knew that ahead of time. The unit is spacious and in a great location. The floors were a bit dirty when we got there, but besides that, it was very clean and ready for us. We love the spacious pool and proximity to the beach. We also loved the free rentals that we got with our stay. We will definitely be back!

Best little getaway

We celebrated my best friends 40th in Hilton Head. We were moved to this location after our first choice had to have some renovations done. We were very impressed with this location. It was very nice and neat and loved that it was right at the pool. We would definitely book this location again. The check-in process was quick and seamless.

Ocean 124

Great location. Very short walk to pool and then access to beach from pool area. Close to shopping and dining. The home was mostly clean, but not spotless. The beds in one room were not very comfortable. They creaked at every little movement, which was difficult with trying to sleep with children in the same room. Rental agency was responsive and helpful when contacted.

It was great!

It was amazing. Very convenient beach and pool in walking distance and walking distance to the shopping centers were great also. Provided beach toys for the kids and a canopy for the beach ( which was a little broken but made it work ) . Overall we had an amazing time at this condo !

Amazing location!

Well-equipped space literally steps from the beach! We had a great stay at Ocean One! We loved the pool and the proximity to Coligny Plaza. Our party couldn’t figure out the provided fire pits, but the chairs offered a great outdoor space. There were only four dining room chairs and two bar stools for a unit that sleeps 10 which made meals in challenging, luckily HHI offers so many great restaurants.

Great location for vacation at the beach!

Nice 3 bedroom layout with 3 bathrooms. Water was slow going down in two of three showers but the property manager immediately took care the issue by snaking it clean. First floor condo was convenient with children; no elevator needed. Ocean One Condominiums is close to beach, restaurants and stores; you can walk most anywhere.

Love Ocean One - complex and location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely no issues with Seashore vacations. We did have an issue with getting into our condo on time, but the issue was due to the cleaning service and seashore was quick to make it up to us. In regards to the condo, unit 124 at ocean one I feel it is due for some updates. We have stayed in that unit for several years now, but it is definitely showing some wear and tear. The bedroom carpets are stained and gross, mattress in master bedroom needs replaced it doesn’t feel even when laying in it, and ice maker didn’t work. We did not bother to call about it and just bought bags of ice. As for Ocean One complex or is wonderfulAnd the location is great’!

Good and bad.

We have stayed with seashore vacations for 12-13 years and they have always been a pleasure to work with. I've been a property manager in NC for 35 years and know how hard it is to stay on top of all the moving parts. This condo has an ideal location, size, layout...BUT it is advertised to accommodate 10 guests yet you can't feed 10 people. There's not enough dinnerware, flatware, glasses, dining chairs or table room. 10 people can't sit in the LR and watch TV together...i.e. sports. The floors were filthy...our toddler's feet were black from crawling, 3 bags of food in the fridge, coffee pot had grounds and coffee in carafe, sand and hair in one bed and cockroaches!!! I understand it's hard...my major concern is that Buddy is paying staff to clean and he is not getting his money's worth. We left the condo much cleaner than we found it. I hope he can find honest people willing to do honest work...and owners willing to step up the condo to a minimal standard. We pay a lot of money to come to HHI and we would like to enjoy our familyand the island and not clean a condo. We'll be back, Buddy. P.S. our vacation rental in the NC mountains is VRBO #1919263...check us out.

Beautiful condo- perfect location

Reviewer Comments: The condo was very large, beautiful, clean, well-stocked and in the perfect location- on the first floor, and a VERY short walk from the ocean. At first glance, we all decided it was the best vacation rental in which we had stayed. Shortly, we realized it had a few problems. On the day of check in, none of the TVs worked. On the first full day (the second actual day of our stay), a person came to fix them, but he couldn't initially fix the one in the main room (which was the TV my elderly father needed to watch since he could not walk to the ocean). The maintenance guy ended up bringing a new TV in during a second trip later on the same day, but the remote didn't work and there was a line going down the center of the new TV interfering with the picture. I had to get the remote from the bedroom in order to fix the volume (it took me a while to figure it out and my dad watched the TV without really being able to hear it for a while). On the second full day, which was actually our third day (we only stayed 3 nights), the garbage disposal quit working and a great deal of water flooded under the kitchen sink. A plumber was called to fix the disposal and it took him several hours since he said it was "really" broken. Because I wasn't sure my elderly dad would be able to handle all of the maintenance men, someone had to stay inside with my dad and wait for all of the maintenance men (even though the agency said we didn't have to be present, I didn't want to leave my dad alone with people he didn't know coming in and out) which amounted to someone having to be inside for one full day for the TVs and one 1/2 day for the plumbing issue. We only had two full days at the condo and those days were full of maintenance issues. I might recommend that there be a maintenance checklist before each new renter to prevent the inconvenience. Otherwise, the condo was absolutely beautiful and perfect.
