Conveniently located near picturesque Smiths Lake, where water enthusiasts enjoy windsurfing, stand-up paddle boarding, water-skiing, kayaking, fishing and more, you’ll enjoy the best of both worlds by being close enough to the water to indulge your energetic side, and after enjoying all the water activities on offer in the region you can come back and relax by pool or one of the spacious living areas that open to the large undercover entertaining area.

There is a large open-plan kitchen, living and dining area for those communal meals, plus an additional 2nd living that provides another space away from the rest of the home. Conveniently, Sun-Daze has a double lock-up garage, with a private boat storage ramp onsite at the property. For those days that are too good to end, you can savor the afternoon by sitting around the fire-pit looking over the lake on the front lawn.

Smiths Lake – For those wanting to enjoy still waters instead of the open ocean, Smiths Lake is the number one choice in the Pacific Palms area. Shrouded by a lush littoral forest and neatly separated from the sea by Sandbar Beach, this is a family favorite for those eager to enjoy a spot of water-skiing, kayaking boating, fishing, stand-up paddle boarding or windsurfing (the open lake waters making for a windsurfer’s dream!). With an impressive catchment area spanning 32 square kilometers and waterways of 11 square kilometers you can enjoy all the benefits of this unique, tucked-away calm waterway. Additionally, the scenic Cellito Beach can be accessed via a boardwalk at the northern end of Sandbar Beach.

Great location with a nice modern house with everything you needed to make your stay complete. Easy access and very open. Double garage which was great. Rooms had plenty of room and the main room with ensuite was perfect away from other rooms. House is well set out and anyone staying there would appreciate it. In advert it did state there was a part at the side of the house for a boat however there was already a boat there and we had to park ours out on the street which was disappointing. Had to request lawns to be mowed which did get done but would have preferred it done before arrival so we didn't have to put up with the noise. There is no AC and as it wasn't too hot it wasn't a bother but on hotter days you would really feel that fact there is no AC and would really recommend getting one put in. The fans did the trick with windows and doors open but again any hotter and it would be unbearable. House was clean (fans could be cleaned). Pool was a hit and that's where most of the time was spent. BBQ is quite small but does the trick - if feeding a family of 10 it wouldnt work.

This house is perfect. New everything, comfortable bed, big tv's including one in the main bedroom. The best set out house we've stayed in. The pool was great. There was a secured side driveway for a tinny/trailer. Not far from Forster or Seal Rocks. we'd love to stay again.

Very nice place for a quick escape

I liked the place in general and the area was amazing!! Beds were comfortable enough but I found the linen a bit dirty. I didn’t appreciate that there were Spider webs everywhere inside the house, the toilets haven’t been cleaned properly and there was a leftover brownie (half eaten) on the top shelf that caused an ant’s infestation. It took me an hour to clean and it was a pretty disgusting process.
