In summer, the house comes alive with warm colours as the large windows and glass doors let all the natural light flood in, creating a spectacular holiday atmosphere sure to fill each moment of your stay no matter the time of day.

In the evenings, the illuminated water fountain and the still water of the waterways make for a knock out backdrop for alfresco dining. Let the BBQ sizzle away while you indulge in a cheese board and a cold glass of wine.

Aside from the chic interior, Amalfi is also well-presented with stylish furnishings and must-have amenities, such as a large modern kitchen with everything you need, including the all-important Nespresso machine for the best way to start each day and two dedicated Vintec wine fridges.

During your stay you'll have WiFi, a TV with Netflix, Freeview and DVD player, board games and puzzles. You won't want for any more to keep your families or group entertained.

A boaties paradise, with access to a private jetty at the bottom of the manicured gardens, the waterways open right out onto Tairua River and when you get home there is a fish filleting bench onsite for dealing with the fresh catch. There is an extra fridge/freeze in the dry room so you won't be short on space to keep anything you reel in.

If you ever manage to pull yourself away from this oasis by the water you'll love the Water Taxi service to all Tairua restaurants & Fishing club available for pick up from the private jetty. Also less than a five-minute walk are the local tennis courts, golf course, local shops, and of course the surf beach. Not to mention the close proximity to all Coromandel towns and attractions within 30-40 minutes!

There are to be no visitors unless approved by the owners prior to stay.Guests will be pleased to know that there is a boat launch near the property and the boat can be moored at the private jetty. Boats of up to 7m are allowed.No campervans, caravans or tents are permitted.As the property has unfenced access to the waterways, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water.Guests should bring their own Nespresso pods to make use of the available machine.The pool table & the darts are for Adults use only.The owners respectfully ask there to be no smoking and no parties.Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year.
