These comfortable oceanfront 2 bedroom, 2 bath units are located in a small elevated building with some parking underneath. The living-dining area of each unit opens to the oceanfront balcony. Each unit features great ocean views, fully equipped kitchens with all major appliances, washer, dryer, central air and on-site parking. Quick access to the beach from a path at either end of the building. Close to restaurants and shopping completes the package. Some units are NON-SMOKING. September Get Away

Property was clean and well maintained. Location was great and layout was perfect for our family. Communication with the property manager was amazing; they were communicative, receptive and kept us up to date at all times while we worked through a problem with the air conditioning.

Great location!

Great location! Could use some updating. Furniture is old and stained. Bulk beds are shakey. Things weren't the cleanest. Lots of dust and dirt under furniture and in it. My child has asthma so a little disappointed about the dust. We'd definitely stay here again due to location and size. I'll just bring my own sweeper and mop!

Close to beach access

The unit we stayed in was nice. Although, we probably will not stay there again as there was no elevator, so carrying everything up stairs was not something we expected. Also the bedroom situation was not ideal for three adult couples, as there were two sets of bunkbeds in one room. We did know this as we waited too long to book prior to our trip. Would be a nice place for a family with young kids. We also had to pack our own linens, pillows, bath towels and kitchen towels; far too many extra items for us to pack.

I enjoyed stay with my family we did have a couple problems unit was dirty shower door was off kitchen sink was broken furniture dirty need to be cleaned they came next morning and fixed broken things I had already cleaned because it was after hours and it was things that couldn't be left for next day other then cleaning great place...

Ladies weekend

Perfect cozy place, excellent access to beach with ample seating on front porch to watch the ocean when we weren’t on the beach! Loved every minute there!
