Part of the exclusive PEAK group, this luxury lakefront home has been designed with meticulous attention to detail. Completely refurbished in 2021, this unit sits closest to the lake and offers jaw-dropping views. Accommodating 6, the air-conditioned property includes a large lakefront area with direct access to a beach. Enjoy a high-end grill on the patio, where you can relax and witness incredible sunsets.

Within Sierra Shores’ beautifully landscaped gated property you can experience the hot tub, heated pool (open during the summer months), and fitness center. Outside your door is an expansive lakefront lawn area, perfect for everything from sunbathing to frisbee, with direct access to Lake Tahoe & a beach when water level permits. The complex sits directly adjacent to the Timber Cove Marina, which has a pier, buoys, boat rentals and other water sports available for your enjoyment.

Wonderful Tahoe home!

The pictures don’t do this place justice - the home is gorgeous and the views are absolutely beautiful. The home had everything we needed and we loved being able to swim directly from the back yard. The location was close to everything we wanted to do doing our stay, and being within walking distance to Safeway was super convenient. We will be back again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was absolutely perfect. It's clean and spacious and everything, from the bedding to appliances, is top of the line. The view is breathtaking and we were able to walk to places for lunch or groceries. We stayed midweek (Tue to Sat) and the complex was very quiet. We had one question on our stay and RnR replied immediately and also checked in on us via text periodically. Our favorite activity was kayaking at Sand Harbor, highly recommend!! Most of our days involved doing an early day activity but then we just enjoyed spending the rest of the day at the house relaxing.

Impeccable Location

This was our family’s first visit to Lake Tahoe, and this gorgeous condo was perfectly suited for us to explore all that LT has to offer. Walking trails, marina, restaurants, Heavenly gondola, and access to the water are only a few of the activities right out the front door. The owners are responsive and while the parking can be precarious, many places are walking distance. Great vacation!

Wonderful relaxing quiet vacation spot

We had a very pleasant , relaxing stay at this condo. The location was convenient to many beaches, Heavenly Resort, Sail boating trips, restaurants and we experienced beautiful sunsets every night. There is a wine bar next door within walking distance with spectacular lake views and great menu. It’s nice even if you don’t drink as they have many mocktails available. The property company kept in contact via texts and was very attentive. Overall a five star experience.

Just perfect, we'll be back.

5 star townhome right on the lake, this was perfect for our wedding weekend with my two stepdaughters. Conveniently located to experience the peace and quiet of the lake but also just a couple miles away from downtown South Lake. If you want to come for a pool and hot tub, I wouldn't recommend this location, but otherwise, just perfect.

Amazing Property!

This home is wonderful and the views are spectacular! Only complaint is that we couldn't find it because it is listed as Peak Mont Blanc 1 but the complex is actually called something else. We rode in circles trying to locate it. We would definitely stay here again now that we found it.. A++++++

Comfortable beds. Loved having AC in summer. Beautiful views!! Our only complaint was master shower was kinda mildewy and smelly but they said they would get a good cleaning in. The upstairs guests while we were there were so loud and woke us up several times with little kids running around. Not RNR fault but something to consider. Would for sure rent again from this property.

Can walk or ride bikes to the beach, rentals, etc. It is located right on the main street with only steps to the main Tahoe trail. Beautiful home and inviting patio. The views are incredible. The home had plenty of dishes, utensils, etc. (bring your own spices and oils)Communication with the rental agency was efficient and helpful. Every bedroom had its own bathroom which made for a comfortable stay. Cons:The master bedroom mattress was very uncomfortable and seemed worn. Despite the peaceful view there is still noise from the traffic on the street and music at surrounding buildings. The swimming pool is basically in the parking lot, which isn’t a big deal but something to note for those expecting a more peaceful experience. Overall we would definitely stay here again.

Mattresses are tricky because what may be comfortable to one person might be uncomfortable to the next. However, we have shared your review with the owners and have inspected all mattresses to make sure no replacements are needed. For future guests to note, we keep a standard set of spices and cooking oil stocked in every home: Salt and Pepper (ground and pepper corns) Cooking Oil, Red Pepper Flakes, Garlic powder, Chili powder, Cinnamon, Poultry seasoning, and Italian seasoning. We want our guests to have a great experience, and not have to run to the store for basics. Also, Sierra Shores is on an extremely rare, beautiful lakefront plot of land which provides its unparalleled views and convenience - however, this does also come with being off the main thoroughfare of town with ambient noise and semi limited ground for amenities space. Beautiful property and lakefront

Beautiful finishes, immaculately cleaned, and very detailed thought to needs and comfort of guests. Communication was easy, and someone from their maintenance side was on text and ready to address issues anytime we surfaced anything. Check in was easy, codes were generated and sent to us via email and a hospitality app. The house guidelines were very detailed and impressively forward thinking. The app provided great recommendations for food and activities. The level of care and attention to detail at every segment of our stay was above and beyond any others we’ve experienced on home sharing apps. The only concern we had was the unit above (which belongs to a different owner/manager) was being rented as well and the incoming and outgoing guests above tended to generate noises (impact noises like jumping) that would keep our young kids awake for a while past their early bedtimes. One of the bedrooms (with twin beds) had a bit more of a cold draft than the others (master bedroom ran slightly warmer than others). Overall it was a delightful stay, with the best part being waking up to full lake views out the kitchen and living room every morning. We would stay here again!

Sierra Shores is the most luxurious development on the water in South Lake Tahoe, with only 8 4-Bedroom, and 8 3-Bedroom condominium units. Each of the 8 buildings share common walls and ceilings (or floors). We’ve had our inspection teams assess the twin bedroom to make sure there is nothing causing an extra draft in that room. We do provide space heaters for additional heat during the chilliest of winter nights. We’re so glad to hear you would like to come back to stay with us Evelyn!
