This home is newly constructed with all brand new furniture, decor and appliances. including BBQ and 3 TVs.
It is 4 bedroom, 3 bath, fully equipped kitchen with a cozy lanai overlooking natural pond and preserve with a beautiful nature all around. Every evening you can enjoy an amazing sunset with your loved one or your friends!
This resort-style community is also packed with amenities! Including a sprawling free-form community swimming pool, spa, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, fitness trails, game room with billiards and card tables, a craft room with space designated for a kiln, a vast fitness centre that is packed with equipment and flooded with natural light as it overlooks the pool area through a massive wall of windows, clubhouse locker rooms including saunas and steam rooms, poolside cabanas and much more!

- Furniture and decor are not allowed to be moved around! - NO Pets or smoking allowed - No loud noice or music after 10:30pm
-Evening quite time starts at 11pm - please respect neighbours -Pick up your luggage over front door step at your arrival and departure
Artificial lake with beautiful natural preserves - back of the house. Sometimes you might see an alligator! NO birds feeding allowed or fishing!

Beautiful, New, Clean Amazing House!

The house is extremely clean and very comfortable. The neighborhood is great and very quiet. The view of the pond behind the house is amazing and very relaxing. I would recommend this house to anyone and everyone!
