Family Vacation

Nice house, met our expectations! Great location to all of Disney Parks, shopping, and restaurants!Everyone was very happy!I recommend, and will reserve this house again in the future!Didnot give a 5 because some towels & face cloths need to be replaced, & patio furniture needs cleaning.

Great vacation home

It was very nice place to stay and unwind after the day’s activities. Nice and close to Disney not too far to universal. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Pool was nice and warm. And the games room was a nice added touch. Thank you for the opportunity.

Perfect location

The house is beautiful and spacious. We really enjoyed the game room. And the location could not be better as it’s close to all of the Disney parks but away enough that you can enjoy some quiet after a long day.

Perfect staycation villa

A very beautiful place to stay, huge rooms/washrooms and the gaming room. Facilities are good. I really appreciate the extra swimming pool gate, with kids we felt safe to sit in the backyard without being over cautious. Would definitely come here again

Great Place to stay !

The house was exactly as the pictures showed. We payed extra to have the hot tub and pool heated and they were perfect! Good location, old neighborhood but the neighbors were fine. Good location to all parks and restaurants galore! Beds were very comfortable. would stay there again.

Perfect location and home for Disney Go-era!

We had an amazing stay at the Hakuna Matata home. The house was plenty big, clean, and stocked with everything that you would need! Our favorite part was the vicinity to Disney and the POOL of course. Thank you for trusting us with your home!!!! We will surely be back (we visit Orlando 3-4 times a year and this is our favorite stay yet!)

Friends weekend.!

House is pretty big, it has everything you need for a stay. Great clean pool. Gameroom was great! Arcade machine was a big hit. Pool table needed to be replaced, buuuut Will 100% book a future stay in this house.

Great location!

This property is located in a great area. The house was clean and had plenty of room. The beds were a little too hard but overall still okay. The pool table is broken and the foosball table is on a slant, so we couldn't play seriously, but the arcade game was amazing! Overall I give this property a 4.7 out of 5. We will definitely stay again.

Great stay!

We spent 6 nights here while in town for volleyball nationals. The house was perfect for us. The pool was nice and clean. We used it every day! The house has minor repairs that could be done, like missing blinds in the kitchen and some dirty windows and vents, but some of that is to be expected with a rental. Overall the house was very clean! We think it was a great property and will rent one of their houses from them again in the future.

Very nice but hot

Overall we had a great stay at this house. The only “complaint” we have is that the house was HOT. They have guest set the thermostat to 80 before departure which in Florida ends up being even hotter inside. With this it takes over 24 hours to cool the house. Not only this but there is a blocker on the thermostat which doesn’t allow the temp to go below 72. I can understand bumping the temp up a few degrees to save money but ultimately trying to bring a house of that size down from over 80 inside cost more than maintaining. Other than that the place was very clean and comfortable and we had a nice stay.

Great Stay!

My sister and adult son came with me to this property. We got in late afternoon our first day. The first morning of the next day my sister woke me to tell me that she took a shower and while she was in there her bathroom flooded from the toilet. She called the manager and someone came almost immediately! The house was very clean, as well as the pool! The pool table could use new fabric, but we had fun with it anyways. The showers did make a screaming noise when used, but worked just as well either way. It was close to a Walmart and some restaurants and shopping which was great!! My only complaint was we couldn’t turn the air less than 72° without risking the central air shutting off. It’s just a personal preference but I like to keep my house cold. (So it’s not a valid complaint). All in all we had a great time and would love to come again!!

Wonderful Stay

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this home. There were a few minor details, but nothing that I would complain about. A missing remote, lamp switch broken, low shower head pressure, again- nothing that made a difference in our enjoyment of the property. There were a few reviews about the firmness of the bed. We would actually love to know what kind of mattress it is bc we found it incredibly comfortable! Everything was just as described. We even got more than expected- a few extra necessities like dish and laundry soap, plenty of towels and washcloths, even beach towels! The heated pool and hot tub were well worth the extra cost. My kids enjoyed the game room. The high chair and pack and plays were appreciated as well. I appreciated that there weren't a lot of 'knick knacks' to worry about with my 6 kids. Plenty of dishes/kitchen utensils. The coffee pot takes cone filters (this is important info for me!) It took us about 15 minutes to get to Disney and 30 to Universal. My family agreed that they would rather stay at this home again than at a resort. Thank-you!

Overall the house was what we expected. Good location and spacious enough for our group. We enjoyed the pool and the game room. I don't usually lower the star rating just because of hard beds or a broken light. This goes well beyond that. The ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms never worked. I noted it as soon as we arrived and the property company said they knew it needed to be replaced, but gave no further info. This became a much bigger issue when the A/C broke down the last night we were there. It made that room completely unusable (and the rest of the house was unbearable hot). I texted the property company several times that evening and didn't get a response after an initial "What's it doing?". It was doing nothing. No A/C. In Florida. In August. Zero reimbursement from the owners.

Nice home, but had a few issues

I would say overall the stay was a 3/5. The location was convenient, the house was spacious, well furnished and equipped (we had 6 adults, 2 babies and a teenager), and had a nice pool. Our concerns were with the small things that made our trip feel like we were not paying such a good amount for a vacation home. The house didn’t have any toiletries, or small kitchen things like salt and pepper, and there were also some repairs that needed to be done to the house - front room light didn’t work at all, 2nd bathroom toilet base was loose, outside patio lights didn’t turn on (which prevented us from using the jacuzzi at night even though we paid the extra for the heating). They are quick to read your messages, but not always quick to communicate back. For example, a maintenance man did come to our house, which we were grateful for - but nobody informed us that a maintenance person was coming. In today’s age that is rather dangerous. Lastly, i slipped and fell in the Master bedroom stand up shower. It is clear that what they use to clean is slippery, or it was not washed off well. I never heard back from them once I shared this information. All I got was that they shared it with the manager.

This was our second time staying at this villa and it was just as lovely as the first time. Big spacious bedrooms, nice kitchen and great location in a quiet neighborhood. Communication between owner and management company was excellent as well.

The amenities were great gameroom was excellent pool & Spa were clean. Family spent hours in both. Went to universal every day only about 25 to 30 minute drive even with traffic. Lots of restaurants & grocery stores within 4 miles from house. Highly recommend

Why they chose this property

Indian Creek, is a very attractive and tranquil residential community. It is just 5 minutes away from Disney World's main gate, 15 minutes from Sea World and Universal Studios, plus you can also discover the many nearby Gulf and Atlantic costal attractions (e.g. Busch Gardens; Kennedy Space Center, and a wide variety of other recreational activities, such as golfing and fishing). For those who love to shop, the house is just 10 minutes away from many great outlet malls. Additionally, there is a large plaza offering many restaurants, various shops and a 24hr grocery store, located in the corner of 192.

What makes this property unique

The close proximity to the Disney World theme parks makes it very practical. You can go to the parks as soon as they open, and then as the crowd begins to grow (and temperatures go up), you can go back home, which is only 10 minutes away, and enjoy the pool, have a regular lunch (which is far much cheaper) and maybe even a nap! Then as the daytime crowd begins to fade, return to the parks (reenter is free) and see the parade, action, and fireworks in the cool of the evening!
