Breathtaking views of Patong bay will make you feel like in paradise, with a private plunge pool, sun loungers and outdoor furniture right on the terrace of the apartment! This 3 bedroom apartment has all you need for your perfect holidays. A short ride to Patong's main strips, malls and restaurants, yet in a quiet neighborhood.
The living area has a big 55’’ Smart TV and a comfy sofa to relax after a day out. Private Wi-Fi for working online or streaming. Dining area with chairs and a table next to the large equipped kitchen with a dishwasher.
All bedrooms are en-suite with large bathtubs and king size beds. Two bedrooms have sea views. Each room has a 40’’ Smart TV and air-conditioning for your convenience.
The rooftop swimming pool can be accessed with a key card provided on check in.
Resort facilities include:
-Fitness room
-Sea view swimming pool, sun deck with loungers and children’s pool
-Sky Bar Restaurant (they serve breakfast and lunch at an extra fee - not included in our price)
-CCTV, covered secure parking
Electric usage of 30 kw/day is included, extra usage will be charged at 7 baht/kw. Water usage is included in the price.
Cleaning during your stay is not included in the rate, but can be arranged at an extra fee. Cost is 1800 baht and includes linen and towels change. Please book 48 hours in advance.
Late check-in is available on request free of charge.

As per request by the Building administration we require passport copies of all guests in advance of the stay.

View was superb but . . . How do I get a refund?

I feel I deserve a partial refund. 1. Splash pool not usable the first 6 days. We had kids with us and this was why we rented the place. To have it unavailable for over half the trip is inexcusable. 2. Horrible smell of sewer for 3 nights. 3. No hot water for over 24 hours. 4. Never got back to us about cleaners coming in. 5. No coffee, tea, salt, pepper, napkins, in the house. 6. No shower curtain in one bathroom. No air for 3 days in that same bedroom. 7. Frying pan was disgusting as the finish was completely worn off. 8. No wine glasses. 9. Electricity usage charge of $120 was a surprise.

Tout parfait Il est préférable d'être véhiculer ( parking couvert surveiller)sinon il faut passer par 3 bâtiments pour accéder à l'appartement 7 eleven , thai food et un resto italien juste en bas sur la route pour aller à kamala ce qui permet facilement de trouver un taxi où un tuctuc Contact régulier et fluide par mail La résidence à un accueil de 7h du matin à 21h Service linge Excursions Personnel agréable L'appartement à une vue magnifique et bien aménagé Je recommande ++
