The house was nasty. Literally the couches needed to be thrown out. They were stained and had a terrible odors in the fabric There was food underneath the cushions. The kitchen was not clean. The refrigerator had a bag of chicken Lenin it an it had leaked all in the drawers in it. The trash can in the kitchen had trash in it a the trash can itself was nasty. One of the bathrooms someone had used a not flushed. It was terrible. I had ordered groceries online to have delivered after my arrival and had to pack upAn leave. I had a golf cart pre delivered an had to have it picked back up too. It was one of the worse vacations.

Had we been notified immediately upon your arrival, we would have arranged for our housekeeping team to address these concerns or worked to find an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible. Your comments regarding the furniture, kitchen, refrigerator, bathrooms, and overall condition of the home have been shared with our housekeeping management team and the property owner for immediate review and corrective action. We understand how frustrating it must have been to alter your vacation plans after arranging grocery delivery and a golf cart rental. We truly regret that your experience fell so far short of expectations and appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention.
