Nice size foyer entry into the living area. Large open kitchen with breakfast nook. Living room has plenty of space for relaxing. Nice den and an office in this two bedroom home. Queen beds both bedrooms. Two car garage.

Flat screen in living and master. Washer and dryer inside. Outdoor area is peaceful and spacious. Master bath has dual vanity and large walk in closet, glass enclosed shower. Tub shower combination in the guest bath.

Not so great

The property is poorly maintained, a tree in the front is nearly dead and liens toward the garage, the next good storm will likely take it down and the lawn need "weed & feed" applied. There are nearly no wall hanging and few fabrics on the windows which leaves the place very sterile, a dinning room but no table just futon. The outside table/seating area is a nice touch but so dirty I could not use it, kitchen knives all need replacement or sharping, all pots & pans look as if purchased 10 years ago at Goodwill, flooring replaced with lowest possible option in the store. Generally, the price tag suggested a much more upscale decor.

Eventually very nice.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely tree lined homey place and would have given it a 5 star rating except the home had not been cleaned when we arrived. The management company was responsive and did send out a cleaning crew, but it delayed our check in for several hours. The outside of the home was in poor condition with tall weeds and tree limbs all over the property which could easily be handled with regular maintenance. Overall, a nice little home in a good neighborhood.

Great home, great location.

House was clean, spacious and updated. Property was shaded and located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Garbage disposal was not working when we arrived but repaired within a week.
