Located on the second storey of the popular Ocean Palms Resort and overlooking the beautiful Rainbow Beach with unrivalled views out over the Pacific and across to the Sandy Straits, this property is the perfect base for a beach side holiday.

Featuring three spacious bedrooms, panoramic views, air-conditioning, ceiling fans and a large balcony overlooking the resort pool. Also features a coffee pod machine - byo nespresso coffee pods.

The master bedroom is linked to the spacious living area via bi-fold doors and boasts its own balcony as well as a spa in the ensuite. Open-plan living space flows out onto the main balcony with huge sliding doors which can be fully opened to allow a seamless transition from the inside to the amazing views outside.

This unit is located on the easterly wing of the resort so the only thing between you and the ocean itself is a bush reserve.

No requirement to bring your own linen - all beds are ready made for your arrival just unpack and enjoy! Please BYO beach towels. Please supply your own personal and household items such as hair and body products, washing powder, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, garbage bags etc.

Sleeps six in one x king size bed, one x queen size bed and two x single beds.

- No parties or functions at this property.

Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy.

Disappointing carpark / on-site mgr
Poor rating for property manager is for the actual building manager on-site no real estate agent involved in key collection.. no on-site parking available for vehicle higher than 2.1mtrs so we parked in one of the three visitor parks and therefore off the narrow street.. thus was nit a suitable option for mgr as all 3 carparks were for booking in guests..interestingly the entire time we stayed we saw no other guests check in or use the carparks.. need to reallocate to suit 4WD vehicles considering location...otherwise beautiful apartment and would most likely consider returning.

Great view
We enjoyed our stay overall, beacuse of the weather and beach and overall chilled neighbourhood. But we were disappointed with the false advertising of bbq facilities, having brought a huge amount of food and meat to facilitate a couple of bbq's during our stay. When we asked the staff working in the apartment building they explained our apartment is the only one without a bbq. Secondly the floors were dirty when we arrived, we had to wear shoes the whole time, the whole apartment needs a good deep clean.
