An impressive modern 4 bedroom home with 2 expensive levels and 4 specious bedrooms. Offering a large lounge, formal dining area, fully equipped kitchen, free NBN wifi and center control air conditioner for comfortable living.

1 mins walking to the park which has lovely playground and lake, and proximity to the shopping centre are highlights to everyone for peaceful life without losing convenience.

Other things to Note:
There is a studio which has a common wall with the house in the ground floor.
The door existing between the studio and house is locked.

The Garage is also not included in the renting package. However there are plenty street parking. If you need to use the garage please let me know and I will arrange it for you.

Good stay, host, house, area and value!

Convenient instructions and quick responses from the host with questions and issues! The place was overall clean and tidy, besides a few smudges on cutlery which another wash fixed anyway! Close to coles and other stores and air-con worked! Lovely place, would stay here again

Good but lacking some essentials

The property was nice and was great for what we needed, but there were some issues that should be addressed to make guests' experience better. These included: * No free to air antenna/signal * No hand towels * Only 4 glasses provided, two of which broke when washing with a sponge * No dust pan * Door on bedroom at top of stairs on right does not close properly * Downstairs toilet door does not lock properly

Good quality home away from home

We stayed in this property in between house moves. The area is convenient, the house was clean and modern and the owner was very accommodating to our needs.

North Kellyville

Very clean property, check in and check out process was very simple. All general things are provided. Would definitely recommend! Owner is fairy quick with responses and is quite helpful. Good price as well for the location and size of the property.
