This is our third year, but multiple trips in that time. We love the location, the people, the owners are so friendly and welcoming! We only stay here when we come to Wasaga!!!
I stayed for 2 nights in cabin 4. It was a cute & cozy little cabin. Yes, it was basic, but it was just what i needed! The hosts were outgoing, kind, and thoughtful. I would book again!
It had a very nice community feel. The only thing and I truly mean only thing I had a hard time with was a musty smell in the cottage. Other than that it was wonderful!
The cottage was very cute and had some nice amenities. My only discomfort was the cottage needed a dehumidifier. Everything was pretty damp including the bed/ furniture. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Very well located. Minutes from beach. Cabin was small and quaint. Our dog had a nice time. Quiet when we were there. One small quibble, kitchen utensils should be changed, especially can opener which was not working.

Was greated by one of the employees, she was very nice and very informative.
The cottage was clean but the smell of mildew was a little overwhelming.
The outdoor furniture could be washed to make it a little cleaner.
Very clean, nice, safe, comfortable. Non-working kettle and can opener were replaced quickly. There is no oven or stovetop, just a microwave and barbecue - that's a big learning curve for me since I'm not familiar with either one. The site has a wonderful fire pit for socializing and everyone seemed friendly. Few steps to Beach 3 and a quick drive (or long walk) to Beach 1. Small casino and some shopping nearby for rainy days.
For the most part everything was great and what we expected. It's a great location and the cottage has everything you could need. It was clean and didn't smell musty at all. One thing to be noted was the bed was extremely uncomfortable, to the point I ended up sleeping on the floor. I let the owner know and he told me it was a super soft bed and that it was a matter of preference. He said he can't please everybody. I have backpacked all through Central and South America and I can assure you I've slept in some bad beds over the years, but this was the worst. If you are okay with sleeping in a bed that caves in the middle and is more like a hammock then you might be fine.
We thought the property was lovely and suitable. However, the cabins could have used some art work, and more hooks for bath towels and a rod for handing our clothes on. More dishes would have been nicer too, as well as oven mitts. But over all, it was a nice stay for our honeymoon.
