Old stone schoolhouse on quiet gravel road overlooking the Beaver Valley. Open concept living / dining / kitchen, harvest table and beautiful arched windows. Three bedrooms with queen/double beds, 1 bedroom with a singlebed, a loft which can accommodate several more for sleeping and a single bed in the upstairs office. Two office spaces with good quality fibre Internet (100 down, 100 up), excellent for video calls and streaming. Family room with large screen Apple TV with surround sound. Sonos system installed for seamless music streaming. One acre lot with hot tub on back deck. Ten minutes from Thornbury and Meaford and 25 minutes to Collingwood - many beautiful hikes, waterfalls, biking, hiking and swimming spots nearby. This is our family home - very comfortable but lived in. We hope you'll love it as much as we do! More pictures on request. We only rent by the month or more.
