Perfect weekend stay

Plenty of space for family of 4, easy booking and check in, lots of added touches around the house to make it a very accommodating rental. On street parking was not an issue at all which was my only worry. Would stay again!

Our group really enjoyed our stay! We were easily able to uber to Nashville from this location and Franklin had a lot to offer. Highly recommend this booking as it was clean and spacious! Additionally, its a five minute walk to the Factory in Franklin, which was super cute.

What a lovely home and convenient location. We walked to the Factory and the downtown Franklin shops, which was so much fun. We heard the train at night, but they provide ear plugs and a sound machine if needed. This was a great spot for our getaway!

The condo is adorable and the owner is very friendly and helpful. This is the perfect location when exploring Franklin! The shops/dining/Saturday Farmers Market are a 5 minute walk. Downtown is a short 15 minute walk! I would definitely stay here again! Just loved it!

Sweet Studio Perfect for Two!

This was a great property for our needs. The owners packed a lot into this snug space. Great location too. We were within walking distance of downtown and the neighborhood was quiet. There was a train that came through but the owners provide ear plugs for light sleepers. It wasn't a problem at all for us. We would definitely stay here again on a return visit to Franklin.

Great getaway

We met our in-laws for a "no kid" vacay and your property was perfect for the 3 couples! Having 3 king size beds was so hard to find, so this was a huge bonus. We wanted to be in walking distance but had one with knee issues so we mostly drove, but we could have easily walked to the Factory area. The place was newly remodeled and so clean. Thanks for helping us make fun memories!

Everything about the house was great. Beautifully decorated, spacious, comfortable. My only quarrel is I thought it was a part of the downtown when it was actually about a 15 minute walk to the downtown shops and restaurants so be prepared for that. If weather isn’t great you will order lots of Ubers. Outside of that, I highly recommend

My husband and I stayed in this space for our honeymoon trip to Tennessee. We loved the location to town. Even though it’s a little too far to walk it was nice to go back and forth row town easily. The only downside was the train is quite loud at night. One night I slept through it the next nice it woke me. Otherwise we were very very pleased. Cozy room and just the right amount of space. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. The bed was comfortable and the sofa and tv were especially nice for my husband so he could watch the World Series.

My Franklin Hideout

I was visiting from Texas and needed a place to hide out until my son popped the question and I could join the celebration of their engagement! Just a few blocks to the factory for tacos and donuts and shopping. Because I was without a car, I walked about 15-20 minutes into town each day to shop and hang out. Ubered back the first day at a very reasonable cost. The apartment was very comfortable and I felt safe there by myself. Bree was very helpful and accommodated my need to drop off luggage earlier than check in time. Love Franklin! Great trip…she said”yes”!

Nice property, but.....

This newer property is located near the heart of Franklin which is convenient and it is generally well kept. We do believe that some important items were left out of the description. 1. There are train tracks literally across the street (a stone's throw) with freight blasting horns and screeching metal in the middle of the night. You are provided earplugs for your convenience. 2. The fourth bedroom is a converted laundry/utility room that now doubles as such. The bedroom is cramped and doesn't have a closet. 3. No Live television is provided other than minimal streaming (free) service. As a businessman, I would have appreciated more offerings. Very basic Xfinity! 4. Mildew detected on laundry machines. :( It's a nice home but we felt there was some stretching to maximize profit at the expense of your guests.
