Welcome to our vacation rental house in beautiful Tahoe Vista, conveniently located just minutes away from stunning Lake Tahoe and Northstar Ski Resort. Our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home boasts a cozy cabin decor and plenty of space for you and your guests to relax and unwind.

With its prime location, our home is just 1 short mile away from the lake, golf courses, grocery stores, restaurants and shops. For those feeling lucky, the casinos are just a quick 5-minute drive away. Truckee is also just a 15-minute drive, offering even more destinations and activities to explore.

At our home, you'll find everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The spacious and open living area, complete with beautiful double decks overlooking the trees, is perfect for spending time with loved ones or enjoying a good book. Plus, the cozy hot tub provides a perfect way to relax and unwind after a long day of skiing or hiking.

Our home is located at the end of the court, providing ample and easy parking for all guests. It is also very private, with minimal neighbors close by. Enjoy the beauty of Tahoe from the serenity of our home, with hiking trails and snowshoeing trails located just steps from the front door.

Lastly, our house has a magnificent spa with steps leading down to a beautiful firepit. Imagine using the jacuzzi and then afterwards, relaxing by the firepit while gazing at a beautiful mountain view. It doesn't get better than that!

AIR CONDITIONING- this is rare in homes in Tahoe

Our home is well stocked with all the appliances and necessities to make your trip enjoyable. You will find many extras not listed such as games, outdoor activities (snowshoes, sleds etc.), music player, several coffee makers, pantry items, all the cooking tools you could need, towels, blankets, soaps, shampoos, toiletries, toddler booster seat, pack and play, baby gate at top of stairs. If there is something specific you are looking for please feel free to ask!

-3 bedroom, 2.5 bath.
-Master with in suite spa, private deck, TV with apple TV, (Master does not have a closet for guest use but does have a dresser). Master fireplace not useable.
-Guest bedroom with King bed, TV with apple TV (no cable)
-Guest bedroom #2 with 2 queen beds, TV with apple TV (no cable)
-Large, open great room (living room, dining room) with TV with apple TV
-Kitchen with new appliances, well stocked with dishes, pots, pans etc.
-Double decks with hot tub on lower deck overlooking trees.
-Ample parking- house at end of court. (Cars not allowed to park on street Nov1-May 1 each year due to county ordinance) Can fit 3 large vehicles in driveway during winter
-Hiking, snowshoeing, cross country skiing located steps out front door

- Dogs and animals are not allowed unless explicit consent is given by owner on case by case basis. Any reservation found to have an animal without consent will be cancelled.

** Parking in the garage is not available for guests. Driveway is open in front of both garages spaces (can still park 2-3 cars). There is a small trailer located next to driveway.

Entire home minus owner storage (master closet, storage in garage), no garage parking available

All basics are in the house, including shampoo, conditioner, soap, hairdryer, pots & pans, serving ware, and utensils, 8 beach towels, bath linens and bed linens, board games/cards, some condiments in fridge, spice rack, coffee maker with cone filters, bluetooth music player with microphone. House is well stocked
- Limited to 8 guests: if more than 8 without explicit consent of owner, $400 security fee will be held
- Will consider dogs; please discuss with us prior to booking. Must get explicit approval otherwise reservation will be cancelled, and $400 charged. Without prior approval animals are NOT allowed
- 5pm Check in, 10 am Check out
- Security Video Cameras in use on exterior of property only.
- A rental agreement will be sent to you upon booking which must be signed prior to the start of the trip.
- Bugs/rodents are common in the mountainous Lake Tahoe. Please keep screen doors closed to the best of your ability to prevent them from entering the house. Finding pests in the house is possible and refunds will not be provided for this.
