This is exactly what my family and I were looking for. Nothing too high in price since we were planning on staying in the cabin as little as possible but it offered a better experience than a hotel would have.
This rental was a wonderful weekend getaway. The location is great, we had plenty of room. They only complaint I had is the floors needed to be cleaned. I would've given 5 stars if the floors hadn't been so dirty. Overall we had a wonderful time. We will rent again.
Clean. Disappointed with no view. No view from balcony and no water view. Walk with all your fishing gear about 15 minutes or load in car and drive 4 minutes loft and top floor needed little extra cooling. We knew there were bunch of stairs and this was ok but stairs had no grip pads and one of us slipped. She ended up on couch with ice and heat from Saturday till Monday morning when 3 of us headed home to go to hospital. Kitchen was very small. Rest of crew came home day early because our plans had been changed. Apartment nice but wish we would have had better water access with view. There were 4 bedrooms with TV in 1 bedroom and living area. Really need slip guards on stsirs
We visited to fish with a fly fishing guide. The house had plenty of room for the two of us. It was clean and well taken care of. Only a couple of issues... the lights througout the house were not bright enough (especially in the kitchen) and the water pressure is the most powerful that I have ever experienced! Seriously, when you turn on the shower, it creates a wind storm. It was funny actually... but it probably needs to be fixed.
We had a wonderful time! The rooms were spacious and well equipped. The property's location is in close proximty to the best trout fishing in the state. Communicating with the property manager was quiet easy ..... We would definitely go back!
Everything was great the neighbors were very nice I really enjoyed myself

Very nice home away from home
We loved the house. The GPS didn't give us the best directions, but it wasn't that hard to find. The house was mostly well stocked with the basic things we needed. It isn't as close to the water as I would have liked, but that wasn't a big deal. The wifi was good, and the balcony and porch were amazing. Would go back if I was looking for a place for the winter that was in Heber Springs. Also, be aware that there are a LOT of stairs. One of us had some issues getting up to the main living area because of that, but we managed.
Also, they responded very quickly and were very helpful when we had a slight problem with not knowing where to take the trash out to.
Had a great time. Only a 5 minute drive to Red River Trout Dock. Water was high because of pumping river but our accommodations for the times we were not fishing were outstanding.
Wonderful 4 bedroom, 3 bath cabin perfect for my family’s fishing trip on the Little Red river. The main kitchen is efficient and the kitchenette provided a second fridge/freezer which was great with our family of 8. Just steps away from the Little Red where you can walk in to fish.
