The original Lakeside Terrace has been torn down and completely rebuilt - now renting for summer 2021.

Charming 1 bedroom suite, entirely private and separate from main residence.
Incredible views of Lake Huron from your private balcony, and easy access from the back yard right to the beach and walking trail.

Construction completes in May, 2021 and interior pictures will be posted right away.

Great location

Clean, comfortable, private and well appointed suite in a beautiful home with beach access, amazing views and sunsets. Perfect location for walking and cycling into town. Lots of dining and shopping options nearby. Hosts were gracious and welcoming and happy to let us store our bikes in their garage.

My parents purchased this property in 2003, and we moved to Kincardine (from Seattle) to join them in 2010.
In 2020 we decided to build a new home on this beautiful location that we knew we wanted to stay in forever.

My parents have been renting half of their house since 2003 to summer travelers looking for a relaxing adult getaway with incredible views, and we wanted to continue doing that - so we made sure the new house had a great space separate from the main house for just that reason.

Why they chose this property

You won't find better views of Lake Huron anywhere.
Enjoy the amazing sunsets on Ontario's west coast from your own private balcony, or stroll through the back yard and onto the beach to get your toes in the water.

What makes this property unique

This location offers an array of opportunities for a great vacation:
-relax and enjoy the view - lounging on your private balcony all day
-get down on the beach and enjoy beautiful, blue Lake Huron
-take a leisurely walk on the boardwalk (starting right in the back yard)
-take the boardwalk right down to the harbour
-keep on going just a few minutes to walk right into the downtown shopping area
-easy access to hiking, golfing, fishing
-always make it back to the balcony for incredible sunsets
