DO NOT STAY HERE! This place missed the mark in every way possible. Firstly, the speakers didn’t work in the pool room. Once a handyman came and fixed the speakers, we used the pool just to find out the water was freezing. I reached out to the property manager who dismissed my concern and said to move around some to warm up. The AC/heat cuts off at 12:30 am every night leaving you freezing or sweating depending on the outside temperature. I, again, messaged the property manager, who sent me a YouTube video that was deleted from YouTube that allegedly gave directions for fixing the thermostat timer. I made her aware the video no longer existed, and her response was that it was like any other thermostat - turn to your desired temp and it will work (typical thermostats are not cut off by a timer every night at 12:30.) Half the lights in the loft didn’t work, the tv in the only bedroom had a passcode where you cannot download apps to watch streaming services, half the blinds don’t work, most definitely do not assume things like a complimentary roll of paper towels or firewood will be provided because it will not. I will never be back and would recommend staying away from evolve property management. Their concern is bottom line and not customer service. Based on my experience, I’m sure I will get a response from evolve taking zero responsibility and absolving themselves from their own terrible customer service. I have never left a bad review for a VRBO before. Save your money.
