Stay at a beautiful second-floor condo overlooking the Necanicum River offering incredible views and located just a few blocks from the beach. The condo is nestled in a quiet gated Seaside community and walking distance to the beach and famous promenade where you can find restaurants, candy shops, a movie theater, aquarium, arcade, and more.

The condo offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms and an open floor plan connecting the living, dining, and kitchen area. There is a lawn out back by the river for guests to enjoy, a wonderful array of wildlife, and incredible views from the balcony. On the inside, the living space is bathed in natural light from the oversized windows and every piece of furniture and décor is new and procured to help you relax and enjoy a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully stocked for almost any culinary need and a BBQ is on the balcony for your grilling desires. This condo's beautiful location, cozy living space, and full dining amenities are perfect for two couples or a small family to enjoy.

PET FRIENDLY: With written authorization **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **

Cozy and Comfy, want to come back!

My bestie and I had a little getaway here and loved how cozy the condo was. We both said that we wanted to bring our little families back for separate vacations. The place seemed clean and organized. We needed to rewash a couple of the cutting boards, and we found a couple of lost earrings in the carpet and a few hairs from previous tenants. But it was easily manageable, and we loved its proximity to everything. We felt safe. I hope to return with my hubby soon and share the beautiful view of the peaceful river.

We loved this beachy condo!! The interior is spacious, well stocked and comfortable. The location is amazing: a few blocks from the main seaside areas and beach. Great food within a mile! Definitely will be seeing when we can come back.
