Barely adequate
The location of the property was great and suit the purpose of our trip. Unfortunately the the house it self left much to be desired. Whilst it is of a good size it had major issues.
The air-conditioning only served the living area. It did nothing to cool the bedrooms and as it was very hot over the period of our stay, it made for very uncomfortable nights. The bathroom was very dated, it had no shelves or draws for toiletries etc. The kitchen lacked appropriate facilities, only 2 wine glasses, the sink drain was broken, and the sink did not seal, one kitchen cupboard doors was hanging off. There were major cracks in the walls in many locations. The external areas were very messy unmaintained.
The bathroom was not clean with mould in the shower recess. The cutlery was rusty and the lounges were very shabby.
The house needs major renovation. The bathroom is not fit for purpose (the advertising does not show a picture of the bathroom) and need replacement. Cutlery needs replacing. The sink drain needs fixing. Additional air-conditioning for the bedrooms is required. The externals need regular maintenance.
